Gran Melia Iguazú sin duda superó mis expectativas, la grandeza del lugar es extraordinaria, la vista y el sonido de la selva es magnífica. Desde nuestra llegada el servicio fue excelente, para entrar tienes que comprar con antelación las entradas al parque Iguazú del lado argentino, después de hacer la reserva te llega un mail con las indicaciones, pasas por una caseta donde registran tu visita. En la recepción te ofrecen una bebida refrescante hecha con plantas de la región que es riquísima. Las habitaciones son cómodas no son muy grandes pero la vista es fenomenal. El desayuno es variado y fresco. El área del Gym y Spa es muy bonita. Para cenar puedes reservar en uno de los restaurantes y la comida es de calidad. Lo mejor es que puedes accesar al parque desde las 8 am para que hagas los circuitos sin tanta gente. Vale la pena cada peso que pagas por la estadia en este lugar. El área de la alberca es cómoda, el agua tiene un tratamiento especial muy acorde a lo orgánico del lugar, los chicos que están apoyándote con las toallas son amables. After making your reservation, you receive an email with instructions, and you go through a booth where they register your visit. At reception, they offer a refreshing drink made with local plants, which is delicious. The rooms are comfortable; they aren't very large, but the view is phenomenal. The breakfast is varied and fresh. The gym and spa area is very nice. For dinner, you can make a reservation at one of the restaurants, and the food is high quality. The best part is that you can access the park from 8:00 a.m., allowing you to do the trails without the crowds. It's worth every penny you pay for your stay at this place. The pool area is comfortable, the water is specially treated to complement the natural surroundings, and the staff helping with towels are friendly. The photos you can take don't do justice to the incredible experience of being there; this place is definitely highly recommended.

Splendid hotel. Amazing food, service, location, pool and atmosphere. You can walk all the waterfall trails directly from the gardens. Highly recommended.

We highly enjoyed our trip to Iguazú and were glad we stayed here for our visit. For one, the view from our room is probably one of my top room views. Seeing the magnificent waterfalls on our first morning was breathtaking. Also the fact that we could walk into the park right from the hotel grounds was so convenient. I did knock off 2 stars for service because there were a few things that we struggled with. I had done the half board (which I would not recommended btw) and we got very little information as far as what it included at the dinner restaurant. I also thought it was weird that dinner reservations were required. We arrived on the first night around 7 and they didn’t have any reservations until 9:30. Luckily they were able to squeeze us in but since we booked red level I would have expected more initiative to confirm our first night dinner plans. They also were surprised that we did not arrive earlier but they had arranged our arrival transport and knew we were visiting the Brazilian side first. At checkout our dining charges did not reflect our half board plan so that had to be corrected. And the reason I would not recommend the half board is because it’s a lot more food than we really needed. The restaurant included 1 starter, 1 entree and 1 dessert but the starters are basically entree sized. There was no way we could eat all of that so it just felt wasteful, I would rather just order what I wanted than trying to conform to the half board offering. The service at the restaurant was also very slow and it took forever to receive our entrees because they gave them to the table next to us by mistake. I heard them drop our exact meals off and the guest at that table didn’t immediately correct them so then when they finally did correct them, obviously those dishes couldn’t be taken back so then they brought them their correct items and we were still waiting. We at at the bar the next night to avoid the restaurant delays again.
