Melia Phuket Mai Khao is located on a secluded and serene piece of land, if you are looking for tranquility and relaxation this is the property for you. The location is close to the airport, but further away from the main tourist attractions. So if you are looking for a quiet resort with a beautiful pool to lounge around all day, this resort is for you. The room is spacious, modern, and very well designed. Once you close the door of your room, you instantly feel like you shut out the world behind you. The in-room plunge pool is amazing for quick dip in the morning or for a cool down before dinner. The best part in my opinion is the fact that you can just walk up from the pool straight into the shower area, without having to go through the bedroom. The staff were friendly and tried their best to ensure that your requests were met. We had an issue with our room on the first night. The next morning and afternoon, the staff even on different shifts were passing information along to ensure that the issue was correctly resolved. Breakfast selections were not massive but the special dish of the day was interesting with real Thai flavors and very tasty. The restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our stay at Melia Mai Khao exceeded our expectations and we hope to go back again in the future. 👍

Very lovely staff specially Kob shes amazzzzing and friendly🤍. The place is a piece of heaven and the food is sooo delicious. Definitely will come back. PS the hotel is 1 hour drive from old town

La habitación es probablemente la mejor dónde nos hemos alojado, por tamaño, equipamiento, cuarto de baño, terraza… todo limpio y cuidado. Muchas comidas y cenas las hicimos en el hotel, algo que se puede hacer repetitivo, aun teniendo tantas opciones cómo tienen. Sí pasas varios días, cómo fue nuestro caso, necesitas cambiar un poco de ambiente y carta. Es lo que echamos de menos, más opciones para no tener que moverse del hotel, cosa que terminamos haciendo. El desayuno es fantástico. El servicio muy atento y amable. Tampoco podíamos tomar nada después de cenar porque cerraban a las 23, y era más o menos la hora en la que terminábamos la cena. Piscinas extraordinaría pero deberían renovar las toallas que están deshilachadas. En resumen, gran opción si quieres tranquilidad y lujo .
