“Una molt bona opció d'allotjament a Zanzíbar, la platja amb la marea baixa permet ben bones passejades. La qualitat del servei és molt bona, perquè estan en tot moment pendents de les necessitats per poder satisfer el que necessitis. Molt recomanable per quan el servei, l'atenció, la calma y el relax de les instal·lacions sobretot en el Level. Destacar la privacitat de les habitacions o vil·les. Felicitats a tot l'equip.”

“Hotel espectacular con un servicio sobresaliente. Especial mención a Tristán, Pedro y Ana por su amabilidad y educación. Estuvimos en un bungalow alucinante con vistas al mar. El complejo es muy grande, en mitad de la naturaleza, un lugar de descanso. Como puntos negativos (y a efectos de mera crítica constructiva puesto que recomiendo encarecidamente el hotel) sería que no hay mucha varidad en la comida y los horarios de los restaurantes y bares son poco flexibles.”

“Exzellentes Hotel – Ein Paradies auf Erden! Wir hatten das große Glück, unsere Flitterwochen vom 9. bis zum 16. Januar 2025 im Hotel Melia Zanzibar verbringen zu dürfen, und es war eine Erfahrung, die wir niemals vergessen werden. Dieses Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht herausragend und übertraf all unsere Erwartungen. Schon bei unserer Ankunft, die früh morgens stattfand, wurden wir mit einer außergewöhnlichen Herzlichkeit empfangen. Das Hotel Management kam extra zu uns, um uns willkommen zu heißen und uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu wünschen. Trotz der frühen Uhrzeit durften wir direkt alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels nutzen – ein Service, der uns vom ersten Moment an begeistert hat. Auch an unserem Abreisetag, an dem unser Transfer erst am Abend war, sorgte das Hotel dafür, dass wir weiterhin alle Vorzüge genießen konnten. Die Anlage selbst ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Pools laden zum Entspannen ein, und der Strand gleicht einer Postkartenkulisse – weißer Sand, türkisfarbenes Wasser, einfach wie im Paradies. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns aber das unglaubliche Essen: Von der Vielfalt über die Frische bis hin zur Qualität war jede Mahlzeit ein Erlebnis. Vor allem das Restaurant im The-Level-Bereich bot eine Küche, die einem Sternerestaurant mehr als gerecht wird. Ein besonderes Lob gilt den Menschen, die dieses Hotel zu etwas Einzigartigem machen. Das gesamte Personal ist nicht nur freundlich und hilfsbereit, sondern auch aufrichtig herzlich. Eigentlich müssten wir jeden einzelnen Mitarbeiter erwähnen, da alle einen großartigen Job gemacht haben. Besonders in Erinnerung geblieben sind uns aber Lilian, Simba, Rachel, Paul, Jacob und Aswila, die an der Rezeption saß und uns mit ihrer freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Art begeistert hat. Ihr alle habt uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein und unsere Flitterwochen unvergesslich gemacht. Das von uns gebuchte The-Level-Angebot war eine hervorragende Entscheidung. Die exklusiven Zusatzleistungen und die besondere Atmosphäre haben unseren Aufenthalt nochmals auf ein höheres Niveau gehoben. Wir können das Hotel Melia Zanzibar uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Für uns war es eine perfekte Woche, in der wir uns jede Sekunde wie im Paradies gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese unvergesslichen Flitterwochen! Wir kommen garantiert wieder.”

“At Melia, staff doesn't ask if everything is alright, they want to know if everything is "perfect". The management's drive for perfection shines through in all the details that made our honeymoon an unforgettable experience. Staff is friendly, quick to respond and the hotel amenities left nothing to be desired. The food was excellent every single time, the different restaurants each have a different charm and the level provides an additional level of privacy that we greatly enjoyed. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will be sure to visit other Melia locations in the future.”

“J'ai séjourné au Melia une semaine en novembre pour une formation. Rien que la vue à l'arrivée vous annonce la couleur : le séjour sera paradisiaque. Et il l'a été. L'hôtel est vraiment magnifique, il offre de nombreux services (salle de sport, spa, activités diverses, animations le soir, partenariat avec un club de plongée). Petit plus : le spa tout d'abord, dont le personnel s'attache à vous offrir un moment de détente hors du temps. Les restaurants ensuite : le buffet, le restaurant de la piscine, le Jetty Lounge, le restaurant de la plage, et le restaurant gastronomique. Tous testés et approuvés ! Le GROS PLUS : la gentillesse et les sourires du personnel. Tout le monde a été aux petits soins et a tenu à nous faire plaisir. Merci !!! Gardez cela, c'est précieux et véritablement apprécié. Petits points à améliorer : le sol des toilettes qui a un côté collant et qu'on salit trop facilement si on y entre avec nos chaussures, et + de supports pour poser les affaires dans la salle de bain. Sinon rien à redire, merci pour tout et bonne continuation à tous !”

“Excelente. Elegimos Meliá Zanzibar para pasar nuestra luna de miel y fue una decisión acertadisima. Lugar exótico con zonas hermosas en cualquier punto del hotel. Un paraíso con todas la comodidades. Un 10 para comidas, instalaciones y servicio. Personal amable y agradable. Además de estar siempre pendiente de los huéspedes del hotel. Agradecimiento especial a Ana (Guest Experience Manager) quien gracias a su gestión hizo posible que viviéramos unos días increíbles e irrepetibles. Recomendable sin ninguna duda.”
