Por la noche, cena en Beso Beach... Nos atendieron super bien y la comida riquísima. Especial mención a Eusebio, Batuli, Victoria y Yahir. Haceis un trabajo maravilloso. Volveremos 100% !”

“We really enjoyed our time at Zel Mallorca. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking onsite for additional cost (first come first serve). Large breakfast buffet right by the beach. Beautiful rooms with special attention to detail. Fully stocked mini bar and snacks for a cost. We did not use the pool but it looked nice! We would absolutely stay here again.”

“Eigentlich mag ich es gar nicht so gut bewerten, damit dieser geheime Tipp noch geheim bleibt. Aber es ist einfach zu schön und einfach zu toll. Die Lage ist Mega, das komplette Restaurant ist offen und luftig, ganz modern und eine Mega Auswahl. Megafreundliches Personal. Fast permanent ein DJ vor Ort mit cooler Musik. Einfach alles hochwertig, elegant stylisch. Modern. Auch wenn man nicht im Hotel wohnt, kann jederzeit dort frühstücken oder sich in die Lounge setzen und die coole Musik genießen und ein paar Getränke zu sich nehmen oder etwas essen. Ich bin absoluter Melia Fan. Leider hatte ich eine Fehlentscheidung getroffen beim buchen, dass ich ein anderes MELIA Hotel vor Ort gebucht habe. Obwohl es circa 70 € weniger gekostet hat und All Inclusive ist, würde ich sagen, dass das Zel im Vergleich zum Sol Palmanova fünf gefühlte Kategorien unterschied hat. Im Sol sind die Mitarbeiter super nett, das Essen ist ganz gut abgeschmeckt, aber natürlich auf die Engländer angepasst und den Preis. Wenn ich überlege, dass ich im Robinson Club in Portugal für 125 € im Durchschnitt pro Tag übernachte, All Inclusive hab mit allem Drum und Dran und Geistes Essen, finde ich ist der Betrag natürlich relativ hoch. Leider ist das Restaurant im Sol eher wie eine Kantine und es ist sehr laut. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich mich nicht beschweren. Aber das nächste Mal werde ich definitiv das Zel buchen! Alleine die Essensauswahl ist für mich den Preis wert, wenn ich das Frühstück im Zel sehe. Von meiner Seite aus absolut empfehlenswert🎉”

“We stayed at Zel Hotel for a long weekend and couldn’t fault the facilities or the staff. Every staff member went over and above to greet us and serve us and we had a very warm welcome and exit. We had a top floor room which overlooked the sea and was a pleasure waking up to the sunrise. The room was equipped with everything you needed and even included hair curlers as well as straighteners. If you rent a car, like we did, there is easy parking and you can get into Palma in just 20 minutes. The breakfast is really good and the food at Beso Beach is definitely worth having. The DJs played some of the best music on the island and the vibe was great. Would highly recommend staying here!”

“Vor kurzem wollte ich mal ein neues Hotel auf Mallorca probieren eins welches ganz zentral ist und wofür ich kein Auto benötige. Ich kam relativ spät an, hatte ein See view room gebucht und bekam ein side See view, wo ich gleich umziehen wollte da das für mich sehr wichtig ist wenn ich schon am Meer bin. Das ging an dem Abend nicht mehr weil es keine Zimmer dieser Kategorie gab aber man sagte mir ich könnte am nächsten Morgen umziehen. Das war dann auch so. Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Mittags stand eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch mit einem persönlich geschriebenen Brief wegen dem Zimmer. Das war schon süß und alles wieder vergessen. Die Lage ist super genial, das Hotel wunderschön, das Frühstück der Wahnsinn und auch die Möglichkeit Open Air mit Meerblick zu frühstücken. Mittagessen auch super und Roomservice geht super schnell. Die Massage die ich gebucht hatte war sehr angenehm. Also alles in Allem würde ich sagen 5 🌟von mir trotz Zimmer Fauxpas am Anfang. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal im Zel 😍”

“Nous avons passé 3 nuits fin septembre et tout était parfait. Le personnel est sympathique et la décoration de l'hôtel très jolie et conforme aux photos du site. La chambre est spacieuse et joliment décorée. Nous confirmons (ainsi qu'indiqué dans les autres avis) qu'il y a de la musique au bar/restaurant mais cela n'est pas un problème elle n'est trop forte. S'agissant du restaurant il est effectivement un peu cher mais la paëlla était délicieuse. De plus les croquetas et le burger dégustés à la piscine étaient à tomber. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment de très bonne qualité. Nous avons en revanche moins apprécié le service au restaurant lent et avec un manque de suivi. De plus lors de notre dernière soirée une première personne nous a gentiment permis de nous installer pour boire un verre juste à côté du restaurant dans la zone avec du sable mais quand nous avons voulu de nouveau commander une autre personne a refusé de nous servir.”

“Estuvimos de viaje familiar en septiembre en el Hotel, en parte por la atención telefónica a una pregunta previa que fue atendida por Lara Salas y no nos defraudó, la atención recibida por parte del personal fue magnífica pero nos gustaría destacar el trato de matrícula de honor que nos dispensó Lara, puede estar el Grupo orgulloso de contar con personas como ella, allá donde esté hará que el hotel mejore, sin duda alguna. Ángel y Alicia”

“Nous avons passé un wenk end de 3jours en amoureux le cadre était parfait la décoration de l’hôtel est incroyable ! L’ambiance sympas. La piscine super jacuzzi ok! Les chambres sont propre le ménage est toujours fait le personnels était super ! Seul petit bémol le parking est très petit.. et le restaurant malheureusement nous avons pas pu mangé car malheureusement trop d’allergie et pas de choix un peu plus de diversité serait souhaitable ! Mais en tout cas sinon nous avons était ravie ! À bientôt.”
