Me encanta esta terraza, suelo ir en varias ocasiones y esta vez nos atendió Ioana, una camarera maravillosa y encantadora. Tuvo muy buenos gestos con nosotros y ha sido muy atenta y educada en todo momento! Desde luego merece la pena venir!

If I could I would give 2.5 I'll start with the good things. 1. Location. The location of this hotel is great, right in the center of Gran Via, really great. 2. Cleaning. The room and hotel were very clean! Now lets go to the bad thing.. breakfast - Worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. So lame, they only have 3 types of veggies, don't have lemon, very poor for the price they take, and the level this hotel should be at. Staff - most of them were very rude. When we just arrived, the guy who did the check in was busy doing other things and barely gave us any information about anything, including breakfast hours.. The room we first received was very weird and not organised well at all.. really not worth the high price. The lobby of this hotel is on 7th floor, while in the 8th, theres a rooftop bar open for visitors. The elevators (2) are always very busy with non hotel residence.. I must say, we have been in Melia hotel in Africa and it was amazing! We were expecting for the same or at least, close level.. very shame. The hotel is nothing but a clean and good location. Will not recommend or go back.

Mi experiencia en el Innside Madrid Gran Vía fue excelente, la recepción por parte del personal del hotel al realizar mi check in fue muy cálida, mi habitación con vistas a la ciudad inmejorable, la atención en el restaurante estupenda y al realizar mi check out me hicieron sentir esas ganas de volver a hospedarme con Ustedes, mil gracias!

Last week it was my first time in Madrid and I had the best experience in the hotel, the rooms are cozy and the view is breathtaking (even though you can hear almost everything from the street). The cleaning staff are doing an amazing job and the hotel staff in general are so nice and polite. The breakfast is really good but There weren't many options in my opinion. The location is really in the center and everything is close. Definitely will be coming back hopefully next year. :)
