El hotel espectacular, la ubicación inmejorable al lado de gran vía y cerca de las principales tiendas, la atención fue muy buena sumado a que nos dejaron hacer late check-out de 6 horas cobrando 80 usd, lo cual no es tanto comparado con otros hoteles. Lo recomiendo totalmente, tuve un pequeño problema con el aire que no lo pude configurar pero nada grave

Un hotel con mucho encanto en pleno centro de Madrid. Sin duda mi hotel de referencia. Tiene una ubicación inmejorable, con un diseño vanguardista, habitaciones amplias y un restaurante fabuloso. Pero lo mejor de todo es el trato del equipo, te hacen sentir como en casa en todo momento. ¡Volveré!

Nos alojamos una noche en Semana Santa de 2021. Ya que estaba prohibido salir de las comunidades autónomas, con toque de queda a las 23.00 h y el precio en ese momento estaba tirado, nos animamos a reservar para conocer el hotel por la ubicación. Mereció la pena, como ver la película de Abre los ojos en primera persona... A destacar también la simpatía y excelente atención que tuvieron los recepcionistas.
