“Honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff are incredibly warm, always happy to help and just genuinely friendly the whole time. The service felt really personal throughout the entire stay and you really notice the effort they put in to make you feel welcome.
The rooms are beautiful and the location is stunning. Right on the beach, gorgeous pools, amazing views. The kind of place where you just don’t want to leave.
The restaurants are all great (we didn't go to the buffet but that looked good too!) but Mahos was the standout for us. The food is amazing and they do a wine tasting with local Canary Island wines and they tasted amazing! Besides wines all the cocktails were super tasty too!
The Guest Experience team also deserves a big shoutout. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt like VIP guests the whole time. Absolute legends.
Two tips before you go: rent a car because Fuerteventura is beautiful to explore, and treat yourself to a massage at the spa. you won’t regret it.

“Hemos estado 5 días, de los cuales hemos recibido atención, sonrisas, bien ambiente y mucho mimo por parte de todos y cada uno de los trabajadores del hotel desde el primero hasta el último, Iván, Annie, el chico que nos recogió las maletas, el chico que nos acompaño a la habitación, la chica de Jerez que está en los desayunos, no me gusta personalizar, porque realmente han sido todos y cada uno de ellos.
