“Our experience at this hotel has been truly exceptional.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were carrying numerous bags, and in between looking after our children and finding our room, we accidentally dropped our most important bag, which contained some very important items. We didn’t realise it was missing until some time later, when we couldn’t find it in our room.
We immediately reported the missing bag to reception, and Andrea Mayor and Inmaculada sprang into action. They immediately began reviewing the CCTV footage and carrying out thorough searches. Their incredible promptness, dedication and attention to detail led to them locating and safely returning the bag to us in such a quick and efficient manner that, honestly, they reminded me of FBI agents!
Andrea and Inmaculada are our heroes. Beyond helping us with the missing bag, throughout our stay they continued to check on us and make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They truly go above and beyond for their guests, and their care and professionalism made a lasting impression on us. This level of service is truly amazing.
Now, about the hotel itself:
* The views from our room were spectacular. We stayed in an Executive Junior Suite with a sea and swimming pool view. The pool had the most beautiful turquoise colour, perfectly matching the sea in the background. The view was absolutely stunning. We also enjoyed being able to watch and listen to the live music performances around the pool from the comfort of our balcony, which made the experience even more special.
* The breakfast buffet was, without any doubt, the best buffet we have ever tried. The quality of the products was outstanding, and you could genuinely tell from how good the food tasted. There was a fantastic variety of fresh fruit, including large, good-quality avocados. They even had a machine for making fresh natural orange juice. The scrambled eggs were incredibly rich and full of flavour. There was also a great selection of organic items, including oats and muesli, amongst many others. On top of this, they had a dedicated gluten-free section with biscuits, breads and other options. It is clear that they make a real effort to cater to different dietary preferences and requirements.
* The room layout was excellent, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The pillows were wonderfully soft, and the mattress had the perfect feel. We were literally falling asleep within seconds of lying down — that’s how comfortable the beds were!
Overall, this has been the best hotel we have ever visited. We normally never return to the same hotel or destination, as we like to experience somewhere new each time. However, this hotel has made us want to break that rule. We absolutely have to make an exception with this one because we want to return here 100% next year.
Thank you to the entire team, and especially Andrea and Inmaculada, for making our stay so memorable. We genuinely cannot wait to come back!”

“Hemos estado muy a gusto en el Meliá Alicante. Se come bien y, además, por las noches hacen noches temáticas, lo que hace que las cenas sean variadas y agradables.
Las habitaciones están bien y la cama es muy comoda y queremos destacar el trato de todo el personal. Las recepcionistas fueron muy atentas, la chica que se encargaba de limpiar nuestra habitación fue encantadora y todos los camareros, tanto del restaurante como de los bares, fueron muy simpáticos y atentos. También destacar al socorrista, que fue muy agradable y estuvo siempre pendiente.
La animación también está bastante bien y hace que la estancia sea más entretenida.
Como único punto negativo,la piscina es pequeña , y el suelo resbala muchísimo cuando está mojado y puede resultar peligroso. Creo que deberían revisarlo para evitar posibles accidentes.
En general, una muy buena experiencia y un hotel recomendable. Volveriamos sin dudarlo.”

“Hemos estado unos días en Melia zona level y cada año nos gusta más. A parte de las vistas y las instalaciones que son espectaculares, el personal es lo mejor que tiene El hotel. Sobretodo en la zona level el trato de Alejandro, que hacen que te sientas muy mimada. También Rocío, como todos los años, con esa sonrisa y simpatía. Maria, tan atenta y cariñosa desde que llegamos. Y que decir de su restaurante Trasluz, la comida es estupenda y sus camareros muy agradables, sobretodo victoriano! Nos acabamos de ir...y ya estamos contando los días que faltan para volver el año que viene !”

“Hemos estado una semana mi marido y yo, todo genial. Habitaciones espectaculares igual que las vistas. Todo el personal tanto de recepción como en los bares y restaurantes son súper amables. Quiero destacar a Agustina y a la chica cubana que no me acuerdo del nombre. También destacar a Andrés el socorrista, tío majo donde los haya y siempre está pendiente de todo.
La única queja que puedo poner esque el sábado, domingo y lunes cerraron el buffet al mediodía y comíamos en el restaurante trasluz, a mi me encanta comer de buffet y probar un poco de todo y eso es lo que menos me gustó (aunque en el restaurante se come de lujo), esto ya lo estuve hablando con Paloma la cuál me entendió aunque no lo compartía, no obstante la estancia ha sido maravillosa y repetiremos.
Siento no haber conocido a Iván de recepción, ya que nos habían comentado que era un chico súper amable y profesional.”
