“Bellissimo albergo raffinato con personale professionale e gentile, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Camere e bagni spaziosi. Unico neo è la spa e la zona per l'attività fisica: gli spazi sono molto risicati. È indubbio che Genova sia una città difficile per la costruzione di alberghi che vogliono offrire tanti servizi con zone ampie, data la situazione morfologica, quindi direi che è più che giustificato.”

“This is a gorgeous hotel with pristinely clean rooms that fully blackout to make for great sleep. The above mentioned would be the second best thing about this hotel. The service here is incredible. Both Gianluca and Lorenzo specifically and their supporting staff two gentleman who helped me with my car were incredible. I had issues that were none of there problems at all. This team went out of there way to make sure I was able to handle these issues and they never appeared to feel inconvenienced. This takes a special group of people. When I return to Genoa this hotel is the only option I would consider.”

“L'accueil, le service, la literie, le petit déjeuner, tout est là. Si l'emplacement n'est pas front de mer, il est à 10 minutes de marche tranquille et surtout dans une rue très calme. Le spa est très agréable, limité à 6 personnes par tranches d'une heure.”

“Un hôtel qui mérite plus que largement ses 5 étoiles! Des l’accueil ce grand hôtel en marbre n’a rien de glacial grâce à la subtile décoration d’inspiration Art Déco aux teintes or et cacao. Dès la réception devant un trompe l’œil typique du style Génois, vous êtes accueilli par du personnel polyglotte, toujours souriants et prêt à tout pour vous mettre a l’aise et vous aider dans la moindre démarche Les chambres sont sobres dans les teinte beige et grisé , d’un calme olympien , et vous découvrez une salle de bain en marbre qui appelle à la détente. À noter aussi la qualité exceptionnelle de la literie qui assure des nuits extrêmement voluptueuses La piscine en sous sol est d’un luxe sobre mais incroyablement esthétique avec ce long couloir de nage , le plafond noir si apaisant et cette cascade continue qui vous plonge dans un état de « zenitude » incroyable. Le Blue Bar , avec un vrai mixologiste, qui est parfait pour un drink selon votre goût et vos préférences avant d’aller diner. Le restaurant propose une carte riche et variée sans vous noyer sous les propositions, tout est d’une fraîcheur incroyable , les chef est un virtuose , maniant les produits locaux avec maestria et respectant les allergies alimentaires lorsque vous en avez ( ce qui est mon cas) Ce séjour a été un vrai rêve de la première à la dernière seconde et définitivement à recommander”

“Our stay on this hotel is amazing! The location is superb, every beautiful landmarks of Genova is all walking distance from the hotel with a stunning views on the way. The personnels and facilities are all 10/10. Our room are comfortable and huge eventhough i made the reservation on the last minute, they provide us a beautiful room and even upgrade it for us! Special thanks to Chastine, Kenneth and Alexia from the F&B department for the wonderful breakfast experience and from Recepcion/front desk team Jazmin, Valentina and Emanuela for smooth check-in/check-out/inquiry. And also for the 2 gentleman on valet services of the hotel who have been so nice on handling our car. And I would like to extend my praises on the excellent chef for the exquisite food which we ordered via room service.”

Il tutto contornato da un ambiente accogliente, arredato con particolare cura ai dettagli e che fa sentire il cliente totalmente a proprio agio. Doverosa una nota sull'hotel, maestoso, lussuoso, elegante....e alle meravigliose persone della Reception, sempre disponibili, cordiali, sorridenti e professionali. Consigliatissimo!!!!”
