“Phänomenales Frühstück und super Service! Jede Woche frühstücke ich hier und bin jedes Mal aufs neue vom Service überwältigt! Vor allem ist Alicia ein großer Bestandteil des guten Services. Als Kennertip: direkt bei ihr nach einem iced Kaffee fragen. 😉 Der ist besser als in gewöhnlichen Cafés!!!”

“INNSiDE by Meliá Berlin Mitte – Stylish, Comfortable and Financially Character-Building The first impression is a very good one. The lobby is stylish, thoughtfully designed and full of small details that make it feel considerably less like somewhere you merely pass through on the way to your room. Someone has clearly put some effort into it, which is always reassuring. ✨ Breakfast offers pretty much everything one actually needs to start the day properly. No unnecessary drama, no desperate search for something edible – just a solid, well-stocked breakfast selection and enough choice to leave suitably prepared for Berlin. ☕🥐 Should breakfast preparation have been a little too successful, the hotel has thoughtfully provided a fitness room. A nice touch for anyone who has spent too much time sitting, eating, or convincing themselves that walking to the lift counts as exercise. 😄 For less strenuous entertainment, there is also a billiard table in the lobby. An excellent opportunity to discover whether several hours of sightseeing have improved your hand-eye coordination. They probably haven’t. 🎱 The staff deserve particular praise: friendly, attentive and genuinely eager to help. The atmosphere is professional without feeling stiff, which suits the hotel very well. The rooms are clean, comfortable and fairly typical in size for a modern city hotel. Nobody is likely to mistake them for a ballroom, but there is certainly enough room for sleeping – which, after all, remains one of the more traditional uses of a hotel room. 😁 Then there is the price. Cheap would not be the first word to spring to mind. Nor, if we are being completely fair, the second. Perhaps the timing of the stay played a part – Berlin prices do occasionally develop a rather adventurous sense of self-confidence depending on demand. Still, anyone booking here would be wise to make sure the room rate and their credit card are on speaking terms. 💳😉 Conclusion: INNSiDE by Meliá Berlin Mitte is a stylish and comfortable hotel with a particularly attractive lobby, good breakfast, useful leisure facilities and genuinely friendly staff. The rooms do exactly what they need to do, the overall atmosphere is pleasant, and there is plenty to like. The price may require a small moment of reflection. Possibly two. But if the rate is right, it is certainly a very enjoyable place to stay. 🇩🇪✨”

“Ich möchte dem Personal dieses Berliner Hotels ein besonderes Lob aussprechen. Außergewöhnlich freundlich und kundenorientiert! Ein nachhaltiger Ansatz bei der Zimmerreinigung: Wer auf die Reinigung verzichtet, erhält ein Gratisgetränk an der Bar – eine schöne, motivierende Geste (schließlich macht man das zu Hause ja auch nicht anders!). Ich habe zwar nicht im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, aber das Frühstück genossen – und was für ein Frühstück das war! Sehr lecker und reichhaltig, mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen Produkten. Ein besonderes Lob gilt einer Mitarbeiterin, die stets den Überblick behielt und für einen reibungslosen Ablauf sorgte; uns fiel zudem ihr zügiges Arbeitstempo auf – was für eine Arbeitsmoral! Jemand, dem das Wohl des Betriebs wirklich am Herzen liegt! Alicia, du bist großartig! Zum Schluss noch ein Wort zu den Zimmern: Der untere Bereich ist sehr stimmungsvoll und gemütlich, doch die Zimmer bilden dazu einen ziemlichen Kontrast... Sie sind zwar schlicht und makellos, aber die Stile passen nicht ganz zusammen. Davon abgesehen habe ich in den hervorragenden Betten wunderbar geschlafen und eine wirklich tolle Dusche genossen. Kurzum: „Innside by Melia Berlin“ ist eine fantastische Idee!”
