“Mi primera vez en Meliá y espectacular! Habitación amplia, comida y cócteles riquísimos, pero lo mejor su personal!! Todos hablan español y es que a cada cuál es más amable y simpático. El equipo de animación es una maravilla cada noche un espectáculo diferente y cada mañana baile y aquagym, es imposible aburrirte alli. Bruno, Denis y Edén un trío inigualable! “We are almost at the end or our 11 night holiday at Melia llana Our first visit to Cape Verde, all in all we have had great time, made even more special by the fantastic Animation team, big thanks to Eden what a great lad also shout out to Christianos Bruno Stefan and the girls all a credit to your hotel The rooms need updating and the cleaners a refresher course,towels not replenished and the mini bar,whuch we were informed would be every 2 days. The buffet restaurant is generally good,however go early as popular dishes are not replaced. The snack bar and bbq food was lovely and the staff and service amazing,however stay clear of the Casa Nostra itallan,food undercooked and service awful. “Nous avons passé 13 jours dans cet hôtel avec mon mari et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. L’hôtel est propre, bien entretenu et très bien situé, avec un accès direct à une plage privée très agréable. Le service all inclusive est varié et de qualité, avec en plus la possibilité de réserver dans deux autres restaurants, ce qui est un vrai avantage. Une navette est également mise à disposition pour aller à Santa Maria à 10h ou 11h, avec un retour à 16h, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter la ville. Un immense merci à tout le personnel, toujours souriant, serviable, agréable et aux petits soins durant tout le séjour. Que ce soit le personnel du ménage, de la restauration ou de l’animation, chacun a contribué à rendre nos vacances encore plus belles. Un merci tout particulier à Joao, Erica, Kleyston, Rony, Samba, Emily, Lara, Ricardo, Alessandro, Djennifer, Roniliston, Daniel et tellement d’autres que nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas tous citer. Merci également à Lamia, Janet et Alexandra, toujours très accueillantes, avec un grand sourire et toujours un petit mot gentil pour faire plaisir. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’implication de l’équipe d’animation, toujours dynamique, motivée et pleine de bonne humeur. Mention spéciale à Eden pour son énergie et son investissement tout au long du séjour. Nous avons aussi apprécié que de nombreux membres du personnel fassent l’effort de parler français, ce qui est très appréciable. Enfin, nous avons bénéficié du service de transfert aéroport-hôtel puis hôtel-aéroport : les personnes étaient très gentilles et professionnelles.
