“Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in der Ngorongoro Lodge member of Meliá und sind immer noch ganz verzaubert. Das All-Inclusive-Konzept ist erstklassig und lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Das Essen schmeckt fantastisch – großes Lob an die Küche! Ein weiteres Highlight ist der wunderschöne, gemütliche Poolbereich und die tolle Sauna, die man beide komplett kostenlos nutzen kann. Perfekt, um nach einem aufregenden Tag zu entspannen.
Die Zimmer bieten einen absolut atemberaubenden Ausblick direkt auf den Ngorongoro-Krater, den man einfach selbst erlebt haben muss. Was diese Lodge aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Menschen dort. Man merkt an jeder Ecke, mit wie viel Liebe und Herzblut das gesamte Team bei der Arbeit ist.

“Je reviens d’un séjour de trois jours absolument inoubliable au Lodge Meliá Ngorongoro avec ma fille… et honnêtement, il n’existe pas assez de mots pour décrire ce que nous avons vécu. ✨
Dès notre arrivée sur la terrasse, avec cette vue incroyable sur le cratère, nous sommes restées sans voix. Le décor est tout simplement époustouflant. Chaque instant passé là-bas semblait irréel.
La chambre était magnifique, confortable et pleine de charme. La cuisine… un vrai régal du début à la fin ! Et que dire de la gentillesse et de l’accueil de toute l’équipe sur place ? Un service exceptionnel, chaleureux et attentionné qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus magique.
Sans oublier notre guide extraordinaire, qui nous a emmenées dans les meilleurs endroits pour admirer les animaux et vivre des moments uniques au cœur de la nature.

“Nuestra estancia en el Ngorongoro Lodge Meliá Collection fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa, con un trato cercano, personalizado e impecable por parte de absolutamente todo el equipo.
La comida merece un diez absoluto: variedad, calidad y una atención increíble a todas las preferencias y necesidades. Quiero agradecer especialmente al chef Marcos y a todo su equipo por conseguir que ser vegetariana no haya sido ningún handicap durante mi estancia, al contrario, he disfrutado muchísimo de cada comida.
Las vistas son inmejorables y las instalaciones están cuidadísimas; tanto la piscina como el gym hicieron que la experiencia fuese todavía más completa y especial.
Gracias de corazón a todo el equipo por la buenísima atención y por hacernos sentir tan cómodas durante toda la estancia. En especial a Ángela, Boni, Coleta y Kapyupyu, por su excelente atención y por recibirnos siempre con una sonrisa, y a Fernando, por hacernos sentir en casa en todo momento.

“I have stayed at many hotels around the world, and I can honestly say that Meliá Ngorongoro was the best hotel experience of my life. From the moment we arrived, everything felt magical. Every single staff member made us feel incredibly special, from the Maasai team to the reception staff, waiters, bartenders, bellmen, and room stewards. The level of hospitality and attention we received was truly unforgettable.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views overlooking the Ngorongoro Crater. Our room was stunning, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The heated pool with its incredible view created the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The food was extraordinary. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all à la carte and of exceptional quality. The drinks and cocktails were also excellent. Every detail throughout our stay reflected luxury, quality, and genuine care for the guests.
What truly made this experience unforgettable was the service. Emma and Fernando were incredibly attentive throughout our stay and made us feel truly valued. It is clear this hotel genuinely cares about its guests, and that dedication is reflected in every employee.
The hotel went above and beyond for us, including organizing a beautiful private dinner that made our stay even more special. I have never felt so well treated at any hotel before. The service here is simply unmatched. Without a doubt, this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. A truly world-class experience.”

“The views here are something you honestly never get tired of. Waking up every morning surrounded by nature felt unreal. The whole place blends so naturally with its surroundings that it gives you this feeling of peace and lets you completely switch off from everything else
The rooms were beautiful, bright, and very comfortable, with a lot of attention to small details. One thing I’d definitely say — don’t miss the sunrise here. Seriously, wake up for it. Every morning felt different and watching the sky slowly change colors was one of my favorite parts of staying here
One thing that also made the experience feel really special was seeing Maasai people visiting the lodge. It added something very authentic to the whole experience and made you feel much closer to the local culture
