Jhorlennys at Mama and Juana bar made our stay SO much fun. We walked up to her and she already knew what we wanted. So kind and we look forward to visiting often!! She also has such a great smile! The best!!

We just returned from a two-week stay at the hotel, and I wanted to share some thoughts about our experience. The hotel is impressively clean, with highchairs wrapped in cling film and drinks served with straws or in single-use cups – a thoughtful touch that helped keep us healthy. For the first time at an all-inclusive hotel, no one in our family got sick including my 2 year old son! The water park is fantastic, catering to both kids and adults. Although the food is a bit repetitive, the quality is excellent, with delicious burgers as a standout! The staff deserve special recognition for their friendly and attentive service. While I couldn't memorize all their names, I'd like to thank them all for their exceptional attitude. The reception staff were kind and helpful. Lissette Carrasco standing out as an amazing help for all our inquiries. Luis, who made eggs and omelets every day, always had a smile on his face and radiated positive energy – you can really feel his passion for making travelers happy. Domingo was an incredible server, always cheerful, and Rafael and his colleagues crafted great drinks at the bar. Entertainment is fun. Pool and pool bar are open till 11 pm which is great. My experience with spa was exceptional as well Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the resort. The only downside is that the beach isn't very close or easily accessible, especially in the heat. To get there, it's best to go to the reception area and use the carts which is available most of the time and is fun for kids to use it.

Una excelente experiencia, la habitación espectacular, limpia sumamente ordenada, el servicio a la habitación es rápido y la comida muy rica, el hotel se encuentra en excelente estado, las piscinas y la playa perfecta. Además, la atención de nuestra concierge Patri excelente, muy cálida, amable y rápida. La verdad han sido unas vacación hermosas familiares, queremos volver.
