Reviews of Meliá Caribe Beach Resort

We had an excellent time during our stay at this resort in Punta Cana. The facilities are well-maintained and provide a comfortable, enjoyable atmosphere. The staff is incredibly accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant experience. The transport service is generally reliable, though it could benefit from some improvements, especially at night. It also doesn't consistently cover The Level side, except for occasional rides offered by staff in boogies. Our concierge, Sena, truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, for which we are very grateful. A special mention also goes to Natanael Concepcion and the team at Riviera, who were fantastic throughout our stay. The staff at Cape Nao were equally efficient and attentive. However, our experience was negatively impacted by the sellers of excursions and photographs with animals located on the beach, who are not part of the hotel staff. Their persistent behavior significantly detracted from what could have been an even more enjoyable stay. Overall, we highly recommend this resort and appreciate the exceptional service provided by the entire team.

Viaje con cuatro amigas para una despedida de soltera, nos encantó nuestra suite, nuestro mayordomo fue Mauro y 100/10 hizo de nuestra estancia la mejor, siempre disponible y atento, es lo máximo de verdad! Y de todos los restaurantes nos encantó Rosso, nos atendió Mónica Paulino y excelente atención, nos encantó es súper amable y nos atendió súper bien 👌🏻 Volvemos si o si. At. Las Mexicanas

Muchas gracias por la atención y hospitalidad de las personas que trabajan en este hotel. Excelentes instalaciones y ricos restaurantes. Resaltar la atencion de Hector y Monica en el restaurante Rosso. En el almuerzo y desayuno amabilidad de Ylsia. En Hacienda gracias a Daniela y Deysi. Finalmente Carolyn por su gestión y ayuda Feliz en nuestra visita por segunda vez en este rico hotel.

We were at Rosso restaurant during our vacation at Melia Caribe, and were very pleased by the kitchen and a very nice waiters Hector de Jesus and Monica Paulino who made our dinner:)) They were extremely nice, fun and helpful. Thank you, guys, for our perfect stay at Rosso;)

Hokkaido, excelente atención, tanto de nuestro camarero Perfecto y el encargado Jesus. Y en particular nuestro Chef Marino, cortes, simpatico y de un gran sabor!! 👏👏👏👏
