Pros: 1. Great location Cons: 1. I was charged optional service fee of 5% for every single day that I was there. I was there for 12 days. There was no option to remove it, simply got an invoice when I checked out with the bill. Me London has been non responsive. - idk how I missed mentioning this. I was woken up 3 times by fire alarm. The explanation is they do it every week as a drill. One of the fire alarms was at 4am. There was no one of help or explain if it’s a real or fake alarm. The corridors are black af and if there’s a real fire, it would be a nightmare to navigate. 2. Hotel is more artsy less comfortable. I can be nit picky but I stayed for 12 days and I’d rather have gone to a known chain than go here again. 3. A wonna-Brit Indian receptionist was rude and just an overall negative vibe upon check in 4. Shower floors are a nightmare 5. Never seen worse bathroom tap nobs 6. Window sliders are weird and highly inconvenient 7. The hotel space is tiny. Cannot use rooftop unless you use the restaurant ALWAYS PREFER COMFORT OVER ART. SOMETHING I LEARNED THE HARD WAY. overspent and got an experience that I in never wish to have again.

Best experience ever with this hotel best customer service just made this experience unbelievable

Quiet, well located hotel that made it seem like you’re there by yourself. Pillows were fantastic but odd room set up w bathroom door not giving much privacy. Hallways were dark and had perfume sprayed. We had breakfast included and it was wonderful plus amazing coffee.
