Love this hotel! The ambience down to the staff 5 star hotel

This hotel and most importantly, the employees of this hotel, are absolutely the smartest, nicest, courteous and friendly professionals I have ever encountered. The room is very clean and comfortable. The bath products are very good. Location is primo for anywhere, anything you wanna do in London. Costco certainly did not Lead me wrong on this trip! I'm gonna have to give 6 stars and highly recommend.

Honestly ever since I stepped into the hotel, I met Max, he was gracious and welcoming and set the tone for a wonderful stay. At reception, Vanessa proved that this is the culture at this wonderful hotel. She made sure my room was ready (even before check-in time) and was extremely pleasant and professional and thoughtful. She’s making sure I have everything I want and that I have a good birthday and stay here. This hotel has energy that is lacking in most other hotels. They are happy and want you to be happy, and they did make me happy! What a wonderful experience I am having so far ❤️ thank you vanessa, max, and everyone!! You are rare and wonderful

Me and my husband are both very fussy when it comes to the hotels we stay in. We go for weekends away every couple of months and have stayed in many hotels. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. From the minute we stepped in to the minute we left everything impeccable. Stunning rooms, delicious food, excellent and very professional staff. We were looked after by Luca and Tawii who were so kind, helpful and really went the extra mile to ensure our stay was flawless. Thank you so much we we’ll be returning soon!

New favorite hotel- ME London! My family and I stayed here, and had the most memorable experience with the best service. All the staff members were super friendly, polite, and quick to attend to all my family’s needs. We were greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne and a tour of the amenities available to us. After late nights walking around London, there is late night room service available for guests’ convenience and the food is delicious. The front desk staff helped schedule taxis, answered questions about the area, and helped us with our bags during our arrival and departure from the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was included for us, and Francesca who served us almost everyday, was always so attentive and kind. In addition, the hotel is incredibly clean and well decorated. Our rooms were cleaned several times throughout the day, and we were so impressed with how the rooms were re-cleaned every time we came back to it. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around and sight seeing; lots of nearby restaurants, pubs, major sights, and access to public transportation. Everyone in my family was sad to leave, we absolutely loved our stay here and can not thank the staff enough!
