“Absolutely wonderful trip. It was a little while ago. I've only just started reviewing on Google. Food was out of this world. Really high quality. The hotel and pool was possibly one of the best I have stayed in. Really absolutely beautiful. The water rockery at reception was incredible. Nicole loved it the necklace making. Looking at coming back at Christmas or early next year. Only issue we had was the people working behind the the pool bar. They were really slow at serving us. Also how they asked for our room number made us feel like we were criminals. It's not a cheap place. I would expect a different approach with guests.”

“What an incredible hotel! The staff were exceptional, and the food was absolutely amazing, offering a fantastic variety that includes excellent gluten-free options too. The hotel was clean and had great views and a short walk to the beach and bars.”

The buffet food is excellent with a great choice. Easy to walk into town or down to the beach. Evening entertainment is particularly good.”

“Our stay at this Hotel was, once again, brilliant! For us this Hotel ticks all the boxes as Bed and Breakfast and Level guests. The staff at this Hotel, above all else, made our stay an absolutely pleasurable experience. Big shout out to some of the staff that we interacted with the most during stay are (in no particular order 😀); Helena is an awesome lady who cannot do enough for you at the Level reception as well as, my man, Oriol (apologies if I misspelt your name), Valentina and Hector are incredible people providing exceptional service in the Retama Bar (missing their fabulous smiles and cocktails!). “The Jardines Del Teide is a really good hotel. The suites are spacious and well appointed. We had room 318 which has a very large paio and fabulous views of the ocean and the town. The food quality and choice is excellent. There is a fresh food cooking station available during breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as the comprehensive buffet. The staff are friendly and helpful. We visited in February 2026 to escape the incessant rain in the UK. The weather and our stay in this resort were lovely.”
