Lugar espectacular, cerca del mar y la montaña. Muy, muy recomendable.

Stayed here for 4 nights... book the half board service... trust me... it is quite far from everything, but WOW what a wonderful place to stay and recharge. Everything was perfect from the check-in to the check-out. I have to eat gluten free it was no problem. The room is spacious the view is unbeatable, the staff is the best I've ever met. Everybody is so helpful and nice. We booked only breafast because usually we are on our way during the day, but this place was so awsome and the buffet dinner as well.We ate dinner every day here Defenetly will go back. Choose this hotel if you want to relax, but if you want to explore the island maybe it is not your best place its a little bit far away from the loud crowd sunny sandy beaches. and its ok :) only one little note: I was so happy when I saw Hungarian goulash on the buffett dinner. But please note... its a soup, so the meat comes with soup not with sauce, it doesn't have a side dish. No rosemary bur garlic and smoked paprika please... the meat was super. It will be the best goulash in Tenerife if you modify this :)

Si lo que quieres es desconectar del mundo, este es tu sitio. Una ubicación única, un servicio IMPECABLE, unas habitaciones muy buenas. Silencio, clases de yoga y meditación incluidas.... Un sueño para poder escapar y descansar unos días. Las opiniones sobre un caótico y mal servicio de cena , en mi caso no fue así, fue todo de una calidad impecable. Una especial mención a Jose ( Guest Experience) Itxaso, Yurena, María (spa). Una capacidad de resolución de problemas que se espera en un Melia Collection. Nos vemos en diciembre!
