Been 8 times - great hotel in a fairly quiet spot in madrid

Looked after very well for the 8 days we stayed - acknowledged our anniversary with a bonus bottle of bubbles and chocolate strawberries 🍓 Marta was lovely and attentive. Jorge got us out of a challenging situation- very supportive. The whole staff at the hotel have been fabulous- thank you for helping us have 8 great nights in Madrid 🇪🇸

A perfect honeymoon and birthday celebration at Fenix! My recent stay at Fenix in Madrid was nothing short of spectacular. This hotel not only provided the ideal setting as part our honeymoon but also played a significant role in making my wife's 30th birthday unforgettable. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and a significant part of that was due to the incredible service we received from the staff. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team, who made us feel right at home. Their attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade and really appreciated this gesture. The room itself was a haven of comfort, providing a perfect retreat after exploring the vibrant city of Madrid. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service. Everybody displayed a level of professionalism and warmth that exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Ms. Escrig, Mr. Mora and the whole staff for the kind gifts (sparkling wine and cake). This made our stay extra special. The care and thoughtfulness shown were beyond what we could have hoped for. If you’re looking for a hotel in Madrid where the service is as exceptional as the surroundings, look no further. We can't wait to return and relive the wonderful memories we made here. Highly recommended!
