Sittuated In an amazing location, the hotel grounds are beautiful, the beach is really good, and the are very nice harbour nearby. The rooms are okeish, but I believe could be better cleaned as it looks like the floor is always dirty. The food is good, but mainly always the same options everyday, had to bring chicken back to the chef as it was uncooked (I'm an exec chef in a famous London restaurant) and I understand the pressure of cooling for so many people and serving uncooked meat is beyond ridiculous for a chef! Most of the staff are lovelly and friendly, specially when you speak in Spanish. I would like to praise my Colombian friends Felipe and Luiz from restaurant/bar. Joyce for being always friendly and lovelly greating with a smile, and the entire entertainment team (Artur, Joyce, Natan, Samantha, Michel) for making sure we had the best experience. My little one had such a great fun every night with you guys at the Kids dance, she loved it so much that I had to learn the songs myself to dance with her ❤️ We had a really good stay at all, thank you.

When visiting this hotel it has a very nice entrance to it. It is located 10 minutes walk from the airport can be a little noisy at times with the planes are coming into land but you soon get used to this and can ignore it. We arrived at the hotel at around 21.30 on the night got checked in and was able to get something to eat from the restaurant before it closed. The meals during the day are nice but can be a little repetitive and not much choice it's mainly fish, pork, beef, chicken and lamb. Once in the room, it was very clean and tidy nothing wrong with it at all very spacious, the room does have a safe but you are required to pay €3 a day to use this which I feel should be free to use as it is essential to keep your belongings such as your passport safe. On the next day, we started to roam the hotel to get our bearings as this was the first time we had visited. This hotel has 4 pools. The pools are clean but could do with a little TLC as you can see some of the paintwork has come away. The temperature when entering the pool is very cold but once in it for a while, you get used to it. One downfall is if you are sunbathing at the deep-end pool it is a bit of a walk to the pool bar which is located next to the hotel restaurant and the snack bar is also located next to the bar only one bar is open during the day. On an evening the pool bar is closed and they open the bar near the reception. They do self-service lager, soft drinks and tea and coffee. Water is available by dispensers. If you don't like lager during the day you have to go to the pool bar for cocktails. The evening bar is next to the entertainment area and is open at 6.30 pm. Pool areas don't get cleaned till the morning but I had spotted areas that hadn't been cleaned before everyone arrived to use the sun loungers. There is another area that I assumed was for a snack bar next to the pool but this was never used this would have been a better location for a pool bar as it was more central to the 4 pools. It does have a gym but I didn't use this at all. The entertainment that is held on an evening is hit or miss it all depends on what you like as entertainment also on an evening I would have liked a quiet area with a bar away from the entertainment if it wasn't for me due to one bar being open you were forced to sit at the entertainment area. My overall rating of the hotel is a 3-star some improvements are needed. I would try this hotel again hoping that they would have some improvement.
