“We had a great time at the Paradisus hotel, reception staff are helpful and friendly, no complaints on the rooms or pool, we visited the Capella restaurant multiple times during our stay, the team Gabriela, Daniel, Monica and Lara are amazing and made the experience even better. “Me and my Fiancé had the best time at this stunning hotel. Food was amazing, hotel and rooms were always sparkling clean, pool was amazing and always so many sunbeds catered for sunbathers or shade bathers. Now what made our experience 10x better were the staff, to mention a few, Soraya, Erasmo, Joana, Armando, Raquel, Naomi, Jesus and Youseff, these guys deserve there own 100 stars, from the moment we arrived they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible, always up for a laugh, so accommodating and just so much fun! They really made our experience that much better.

“Simply the best holiday; Hotel is amazing, all staff brilliant, food outstanding - especially the restaurants that you book. Special thanks to Chloe for looking after us & the amazing entertainment team Suzanna, Raquel, Soraya, Erased, Joana, Armando, Barbara & Victor - the activities were fun and enjoyed the Aqua Gym, SUP yoga & plates, beach volleyball and Yin Yoga. Also all the staff in the Ginger Bar, you were brilliant - Jesus was so welcoming and made us feel special and kept the drinks coming. Perez - thank you for the delicious coffees - Cafe Perez & Iced Mocha Chino were the best. We both look back on our holiday with very fond memories and will definitely be returning & will recommend highly to our friends & family.”

“We chose this hotel over every other option in Lanzarote, and it absolutely lived up to our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every member of staff genuinely cared about making our stay memorable, and that made all the difference.
⭐️The Team⭐️
The people are what make this hotel so special. Every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly. A special thank you to Bryan and Mark at Reception, Paula and Sandra at The Reserve, and Saskia, David and Joanna, who all went above and beyond to make our holiday unforgettable. They are a real credit to the hotel.
⭐️The Food⭐️
The food exceeded our expectations. The buffet offered an incredible variety every evening, with plenty of choice no matter your tastes. If you fancy a change from the buffet, I highly recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Samira, Capella and La Graciosa were all fantastic, but La Graciosa was the standout for us. We actually returned twice because it was that good. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavour and simply melted in your mouth. I also loved how the staff explained each course and recommended wines to complement the meal. If you’re considering treating yourself to a bottle of wine, do it. It’s absolutely worth it.
⭐️The Pools⭐️
The main pool area can get busy, particularly during peak times, and yes, people do reserve sunbeds early with towels. If you want a spot there, it’s worth getting down in the morning. We spent most of our time at The Reserve pool, where finding a sunbed was never an issue and the atmosphere was much more peaceful.

The Reserve was well worth it. The dedicated pool, premium drinks, delicious lunch options and quieter atmosphere made it feel like a completely different experience. If you’re looking for a more relaxed holiday, I’d definitely recommend it.
⭐️The Room⭐️
We did experience a few issues with the air conditioning during the heatwave, but the team dealt with everything professionally and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. Their communication and willingness to help really stood out.
⭐️Activities & Entertainment⭐️
There is so much on in the day and the team actively encourage you to get involved whether it’s Art Therapy, to Beach Volley or SUP Yoga - you won’t be bored here! The evening entertainment is so much fun - my only wish is that it went on longer because it was always so good!
Overall, we had an amazing stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The beautiful surroundings, incredible food and outstanding staff made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special.”
