Meliá Benidorm

Having recently spent 10 days at the Melia I can highly recommend this hotel. Staff without exception were helpful and friendly, Rooms were a decent size ( though they need more hangers for clothes) but the food at breakfast was good, the indoor pool was useful as it was winter and the location was excellent - near enough to the beach and bars/restaurants but not too near. Would certainly stay again

One of the bestest hotels in benidorm Everything runs smoothly and well Food lovely and lots of fresh ingredients and choices Staff attentive that's all staff from reception to food and drink Hotel a bit dated but the views are incredible from the rooms And the Rooms are clean and fresh Good quality toiletries in the rooms as well Good storage space and balcony size Hotel is huge but all maintained well Lifts work efficiently. Pool area is amazing. On site parking area Games area Wellness area Dining room is light airy tables set beautifully as well and good spacing between tables as well. All round great experience, highly recommend a visit pay slightly more to other hotels but you get what you pay for. Entertainment can be Spanish based but it still entertaining. Slightly out of main town but great service links Fabulous bars nearby, I would recommend rock and roll house across the road to the left of the hotel.

Pasamos 2 días en el hotel en Nochevieja, cuando la calefacción de nuestra habitación se estropeó la noche de Nochevieja. A la mañana siguiente pedimos ayuda en recepción, pero al principio no nos ayudaron, sólo dijeron que estaban esperando al reparador. Alquilamos una habitación LEVEL y más tarde llegó nuestro recepcionista Javi y fue increíblemente amable y solucionó inmediatamente el problema proporcionándonos una nueva habitación. Nos gustaría agradecer a Javi su actitud y amabilidad, creo que una gestión así es digna del hotel MELIA. We spent 2 days at the hotel on New Year's Eve, when the heating in our room broke down on New Year's Eve. The next morning we asked for help at the reception, but at first they didn't help us, they just said they were waiting for the repairman. We rented a LEVEL room and later our receptionist Javi arrived and he was fantastically kind and immediately solved the problem, he already provided us with a new room. We thank Javi very much for his attitude and kindness, I think that such administration is worthy of the MELIA hotel.

El hotel espectacular, Carlos de recepción educado y amable, el servicio del bufet genial, todo muy limpio y muy bueno, la habitación genial, para volver. Un saludo
