To say true, I'm not a fan of Melia hotel, but this time I had to choose by its location. And sure, I would like to come back again because of staff. I wanna say a gratitude for a warm and so hospitality to their manager Javier. This person is in his element! Its valuable when you think that the director only had a glimpse of you to greet, but another day he remembers your preference. Also, we had followed his recommendation what to visit, where to eat and all were quite good.

Świetny hotel. Sprawia wrażenie ogromnego, ale nie czujesz tłoku. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, pokoje duże i doskonale wyposażone, ale na największy zachwyt zasługują śniadania… Coś wspaniałego!

I spent 3 days for an educational event at this beautiful hotel and have very much enjoyed my stay. I much appreciated the competency and hospitality of the friendly, supportive staff, especially from the reception. Cosy, nicely decorated rooms, a rich breakfast selection, and an enjoyable spa area completed my positive impression. Well equipped, clean rooms. Nice botanical garden surrounding the hotel. Overall a positive experience and hence recommended!

Fantastic property! Amazing conference spaces, large rooms with big windows and a wonderful outdoor seating terrace for post work wines! Perfect!

A Truly Luxurious Experience! We were truly impressed with the stunning interior and grand lobby Atrium of the Hotel Gran Meliá Torre Melina. We had the pleasure of dining at Erre & Urrechu, where the service was impeccable with attentive waiters helping us choose from their selection of premium steaks from different breeds. What really stood out, though, was the personal touch from the hotel manager, Javier, who greet us personally and ensure we were having a wonderful time. It's rare to see such hands-on management in a hotel of this size, and it speaks volumes about the level of service here. Exceptional service and real class—we will definitely be back!
