“2024/02 跟著臺灣🇹🇼旅行團來入住兩日。 🎈房間部分 空間大小還不錯，枕頭每人有3顆，浴室有獨立淋浴間跟獨立浴缸，有提供熱水壺、即溶咖啡跟茶包，712房打開窗簾可以看到公園 🎈早餐部分 選擇頗多，有經典的西班牙油條配巧克力，果醬是一整罐的，有現炒炒蛋。 軟餅乾（巧克力）很好吃！越嚼越香。”

“General the staff are okay; just going about their jobs but one person who made me enjoy my stay was Judith at the breakfast restaurant. She's such a beautiful soul. Always smiling and ready to help however she can. My first day at the restaurant, I wasn't well. She kept checking on me which ever chance she got. I thought it was just because I wasn'twell but over the week, I realised that's just how she is: kind. Very excellent customer service she has. Thank you Judith.”

“I stayed in the Suite at Meliá Barcelona Sarrià, which is located close to Av. Diagonal in the more business oriented section of town. The check in experience was quick and efficient, if a little cold, and the intuitive lift system was to my liking. The room was spacious and clean, and I felt like the money I paid was worth it for the hard product I received. While I had entitlement to the Level additional lounge services, I did not use these benefits, to my regret. I booked breakfast, which I had on the second morning of my two night stay, which was delicious and well worth the money I paid. This establishment is clearly business focussed, so also appropriate for the solo traveller, if one is willing to walk a little further than usual to get to metro stations. Returning to the property after sightseeing, I usually used taxi services due to the location, which was not a problem for me. The checkout experience was extremely easy and friendly, and took a little less than 10 seconds. Based on the features of the establishment that I utilised, with particular mention to the quality of the room and the breakfast, I give this hotel 5 stars.”

“All employees were very helpful. Especially doormen. The breakfast in the morning is excellent. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet and dark.”
