“Firstly, Melia was everything and then some. We went in February, it was a bit chilly but that didn’t stop my fun at all. I need to say, it wasn’t just about the aesthetics with Melia (I daresay the aesthetics was a 100) it was the staffs for me, they were the nicest people, too helpful, all smiles, too nice (I feel like I’m repeating myself but it’s all true special thanks to Gisela from customer experience team, bless you darling! Now the food?? The food was good, I mean it was a solid 8/10. Lots to pick from, wine, hot drinks, water. You name it. There is also the fact that your room gets restocked with free water every time they clean, that was so thoughtful to me. I picked the garden view and it was beautiful. Even with the cold, I went to the beach for the beautiful sunset. Melia matched my expectations and it was a beautiful Valentine vacation for my mum and I. Gracias ✨”

“Perfect Experience – 10/10 Stay! Our stay at Meliá Durrës was absolutely perfect! We loved every single thing about our trip and the hotel. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The airport transfer was easy and convenient, making our arrival stress-free. The customer service at reception was exceptional—everyone was so friendly and helpful. A special mention to the lovely lady from the Experience Team who directed us to our room. I wish I could remember her name because she was truly amazing! On our last day, she went above and beyond by helping me fix my broken sandal and even provided batteries for my camera—such a kind gesture! We were lucky to be there for Valentine’s Day, and the hotel made it so special with beautiful decorations, petals, balloons, and a variety of couple’s activities. We loved the sip and paint session, couples’ yoga, and salsa class, among many other amazing experiences. A huge thank you to Brikena from the Sports Bar—she was so much fun to talk to and gave the best service. Arsenal from Casa Nostra was also incredible! We had great conversations with him about Albania, and he recommended some delicious food from the restaurant. Regina from the yoga and salsa class made our experience even more special; we learned so much and had an amazing time in her classes. We also visited the spa, enjoyed delicious breakfasts, and spent time on the beautiful beach. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming, even though I don’t remember all their names. The food was fantastic, the room was perfect, and overall, this was a 10/10 experience. Thank you to everyone at Meliá Durrës for making our trip so special—we can’t wait to come back!”

The rooms were beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making us feel at home from the start. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the hotel’s Italian restaurant, “Cosa Nostra”. The food was simply outstanding with authentic Italian flavors, fresh ingredients, and a wonderful selection of dishes that satisfied every craving. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place for a delightful meal. A special thanks to our waiter, Ledjo, who provided exceptional service.
