“La experiencia en Meliá Calviá Beach ha sido fantástica. desde el primer momento en el check-in con Ruslan y Sara. Nos informaron de todas las ventajas que teníamos con el Level (súper recomendable) y de cómo funcionaba todo. al día siguiente nos atendió patricia, de guest experience. una chica encantadora que nos dio asistencia durante toda la estancia. fue un punto diferencial este trato tan cercano. ya que estamos con este departamento, también nos gustaría destacar a marga, la guest experience manager, que se nos presentó y nos ofreció también su ayuda en todo lo que necesitáramos. el desayuno en The Level es maravilloso, el hecho de combinar buffet con carta es top. En este departamento, queremos agradecer a victoria su total disponibilidad y recomendaciones varias de la isla, ya que ella es local y eso nos ayudó mucho a acotar nuestras prioridades de visita al tiempo de nuestra estancia. Además, fue súper atenta en todo momento.
Queremos mencionar también que fuimos a comer en nuestro primer día a cape nao, donde Esther y Igor nos atendieron increíblemente. nos recomendó según nuestros gustos., la comida está deliciosa (tienen que probar el chuletón, recomendable para compartir y las croquetas).
No nos gustaría olvidarnos de Neda, que todas las mañanas nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos en la recepción de The Level y nos dio también alguna que otra recomendación. es super atenta y simpática. también mencionar a Amilcar, con el que solo pudimos interactuar un ratito porque por las tardes no estábamos mucho en el hotel, ya que teníamos toda una isla que descubrir. sin embargo, nos fuimos con una sensación de calidez humana que nos encantó de él.
En definitiva, un hotel recomendable para familias o parejas, un 10 de 10 y sin ninguna duda el staff, lo mejor del hotel. siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con una sonrisa en todo momento.”

“Hemos pasado unos 4 días increíbles en Meliá Calviá Beach. Un hotel con unas vistas preciosas, comida deliciosa y, sobre todo, un equipo maravilloso.
Queremos hacer una mención muy especial a Patricia y Marga, del equipo de Guest Experience. Son unas tremendas profesionales, siempre atentas a cada detalle, cercanas, amables y pendientes de que todo esté perfecto en cada momento. Se nota muchísimo que disfrutan de lo que hacen, y eso se transmite en el trato y en la experiencia que ofrecen.
También queremos mencionar a Victoria, Neda, Amilcar, Sara, Ruslan, Igor y Esther. Ha sido un auténtico placer conocerles y queremos agradecerles toda su ayuda y atención durante nuestra estancia.
En definitiva, una experiencia fantástica en un hotel que recomendamos muchísimo. Sin duda, volveremos. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer que nuestra estancia haya sido tan especial ❤️”

“As an independent travel agent, I stay in many hotels, and here is my unbiased review.
I believe the hotel is a solid 4-star property, but no more than that, and it is somewhat overpriced. A rate of 225 euros per night is difficult to justify, something in the region of 160-180 euros would feel more reasonable. The building itself has some age to it, though the decor is attractive and reasonably fresh. This is reflected in the central air conditioning system, which felt dated, and our room (number 14) had noticeable issues with this. At times the temperature was higher than outside, with high humidity that left our clothes and bedding feeling damp for much of the stay, our hair wouldn't dry properly and our skin felt sticky. This did affect our overall comfort, as it's hard to rest well when feeling warm and humid. The bathroom also had a damp smell, and cleanliness overall fell a little short of what I'd expect from the Meliá standard.
We also found the hotel to feel quite busy, even though we weren't visiting during peak season. This makes me agree with other reviews mentioning that the hotel's capacity struggles to cope during high season or at full occupancy.
Now for the most important point: Meliá South Beach and Meliá Calviá Beach are neighbouring hotels that share the same facilities and grounds, and sit within the same category. Meliá South Beach is more modern and better value, so it's worth considering instead of Calviá unless there's a specific reason to choose the latter.
Regarding the Level service, it is worth the upgrade: guests enjoy unlimited soft drinks and snacks at the private lounge, and a happy hour from 5-6pm with premium snacks and unlimited alcohol drinks. Level guests also get access to a private beach area with sunloungers, though it's worth noting there's no direct, safe access to the sea from this section. The area can also get busy, as regular hotel guests use the same sunloungers, and while staff do check wristbands, the space still fills up quickly.
On the positive side, the location is beautiful, the grounds are well kept, and the staff are friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast is good, with a nice variety on offer, and the buffet dinner is decent too. That said, Cape Nao restaurant is a real highlight, the food is fresh, generous in portion and thoroughly enjoyable. Casa Nostra was also very good.
There's a bus stop right next to the Meliá South Beach entrance, with routes 104/105 running to Palma, a handy option for those without a hire car.
Overall, it's a pleasant hotel with a lovely setting and good service, though the pricing feels high relative to the room quality. One more detail worth mentioning: the showers are glass-enclosed and positioned in the middle of the room with no partition or curtain, which is worth bearing in mind for families with children or couples who prefer more privacy.”

La nourriture y est varié est de bonne qualité que ce soit le matin avec un bon café ou le soir également
Les infrastructures, équipements sont juste très bien et à la hauteur des attentes, idem pour la propreté dans tout l’établissement.
Les chambres sont bien équipées et très confortables.
Un bémol au transat autour de la piscine qui ne sont pas en nombre suffisant, maintenant avec 3 piscines extérieures ça n’a finalement pas posé de soucis.
J’ai particulièrement apprécié prendre un rafraîchissement au bar/restaurant de la piscine ou d’excellent cocktail en soirée dans un cadre au calme donnant sur la baie.
C’était vraiment agréable
L’accès à la mer y est vraiment facile (on ne peut pas mieux).
Merci à toute l’équipe, les Espagnols ont une douceur de vivre et un accueil naturel très agréable.”
