SOL Lanzarote All Inclusive

Séjour agréable...bien accueillis par Lise de la Fram...hôtel bien placé...les chambres sont sympathiques.et confortables..même si nous n’avions pas vue sur mer ! Le buffet est varié...surtout le buffet du petit déjeuner.....par contre le salon intérieur et la salle manger ne sont pas du tout "cosy" pas agréables du tout pour partager un verre ou un repas...trop trop bruyant...on ne s’y attarde pas 🤣 Le bar et le petit buffet extérieurs sont beaucoup plus agréables !

We loved our stay at Sol Lanzarote, the sea view from our room was amazing and the food was very good for an all inclusive. Good location right on the promenade and close to the airport.

Hola estuvimos una semana en este hotel, aunque la entrada y el recibimiento por parte de la recepcionista fue muy desagradable y borde, por un problema con la reserva qué llevaba hecha desde noviembre, es la primera vez qué nos pasa algo así, diciendo qué subía el precio qué había mucha gente etc... por fin en la habitación, normalita, el hotel necesita una reforma integral. Lo subsana la ubicación qué es perfecta y sobre todo su personal de animación mención especial a Lorenzo y todo el equipo también al del equipo de fútbol Olympique de Lyon, un fuerte abrazo para todos, no me puedo olvidar de los camareros/as de sala, a las dos gallegas un bico sois fenomenales, y a Gloria por su trato amable. Hotel could gain trade by having a kiosk on waterfront so many people stopped for refreshment but couldn’t gain access. Evening seating in entertainment was like musical chairs. Could be re thought.
