Sal restaurant is a great restaurant you must visit. Mr. Jesus, Ventura & Pedro are very attentive! The food is delicious and the service is excellent.

We had a fabulous time at Paradisus Los Cabos! The service was absolutely fantastic from our servers to our concierge. Ventura was a fantastic server at Sal steakhouse and the food was delicious, so much better than any other all-inclusive I’ve stayed at. And our concierge Christina was amazing - she was so kind and accommodated us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the Asian restaurant and the drinks at all the bars were terrific as well. We did the Reserve experience which I highly recommend.

The food at Sal is amazing!! Ventura our waiter was excellent and the service is top rated! Yen is our Reserve concierge and she is very attentive to our needs. We are definitely returning and highly recommend this resort!!

I’m very very happy with our experience! This review is a bit lengthy but I touched on everything I had questions or was weary about before going. It was a 7 night stay as a couple. I was nervous because the social media presence was a very bad reflection of what this resort actually was. However, I think they’re in a transitional phase as they go from being family friendly to adults only within this last year. With that said, so many nice upgrades and attention to sophisticated amenities! I’ll break it down a bit - Service: absolutely incredible! I truly can’t say enough about the service. Everyone was so attentive and always checking in to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Our concierge, Manuel, was so friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our experience great. Room service came regularly and kept everything clean. We were even surprised by chocolate covered strawberries and champagne when we got back from dinner one night. Upgrades: your access and attentiveness depends on the color of your wrist band!! This wasn’t very clear initially. At first we were given a regular junior garden view suite. We were offered an upgrade to the reserve for more perks (concierge, access to an additional pool, restaurant, bar, and lounge) and an additional fee. It was 100% worth the additional fee!! Environment: throughout 8 days, the vibe changed a bit but overall was mostly calm and relaxing. A few times it livened up in the pool but if you’re looking for a party scene, this isn’t it. There was no night life after like 11pm when the music stops and everything is very quiet and closed. Much more relaxing than party vibe. Very close to downtown though. Amenities and Spaces: lots of activities to join onsite, very good food - even in the poolside food truck, reserve lounge had lots of snacks a bar, shelves of wine and champagne and a beautiful floor to ceiling view of the ocean, there was a coffee shop and ice cream shop open almost all day and into night! Such a fun touch. The only thing we felt was wasted and marketed wrong was the rooftop bar. It’s only used for morning yoga and weddings etc. don’t expect this to be a night spot. Meliá rewards: we had a terrible experience sitting in on the Meliá rewards info session. The “closer” was rude and made comments like “it’s not rocket science you either want to or you don’t”. I wouldn’t ever sign up for this because of the treatment of the salesman. However, it was an hour of our time and we got a free excursion. Overall, it was a really great experience. We would definitely come again. Mostly, thank you Manuel!!!
