Leider gibt es dennoch einen Minuspunkt beim Service, da das Putzpersonal oft zu schnell und oberflächlich arbeitet. Es gibt ein großes Angebot an Freizeitaktivitäten. “I had a wonderfull stay at Meliá Vinpearl Phu Quoc. It was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. The location is excellent, with easy access to Vinwonders Phu Quoc, and it's also just a short drive to Vinpearl Safari and Grandworld, making it very convenient for exploring the area. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, which spacious, clean and perfect for family or a group of friends. The resort also felt very safe and secure, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights. There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff at the reception were professional and welcoming, and the buggy drivers were always friendly and happy to help. There were only two minor downsides. Although the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, we didn’t receive our villa until around 3:30 PM, which was a bit disappointing after a long journey. In addition, one of the staff members at the breakfast entrance was not very welcoming and could have had a better attitude toward guests. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was excellent. The beautiful villas, convenient location, delicious breakfast, and friendly service from most of the staff made our stay very enjoyable.”شاهد المزيد من المراجعات
