“My stay at the hotel was very nice. Generally, I liked everything about the hotel, and I don’t really have any big negatives to mention. The hotel is located a little away from Palma city, in a cute little village. You’d want to stay at this place if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation near the beach and enjoy nature. There are a few nightclubs and bars in the village for some fun and partying, but overall, I found the area pretty quiet. If you need to get to Palma, you can take a bus - the bus station is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and it takes around 40 minutes to get to Palma, depending on traffic, which can be heavy at times, making the trip closer to an hour. I also used Uber a few times, and one-way rides cost between €19-28, depending on the time of day, traffic, and the part of Palma you’re heading to. The hotel is located right next to the beach. It has a very nice rooftop area on the lobby level (2nd floor if I remember correctly) with a swimming pool and plenty of sun chairs. There’s also a bar next to the pool for drinks. My check-in process was easy and smooth. Before arrival, I requested a room on a high floor with a nice view, and I got exactly what I wanted. Plus, I was allowed to check in early, around 1 p.m. My Loft Junior Suite with Sea View (#521) was very nice and modern looking - I absolutely loved its design. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. All the furniture was in great condition. I loved the big balcony windows that let in plenty of daylight. Having a small balcony was a plus - I enjoyed sitting out there and admiring the beautiful sea view. The hotel provided beach amenities like a beach mattress and towels, and I absolutely loved the cute, comfortable slippers they provided as well. Having a small kitchen was another plus. It had all the necessary amenities, and the refrigerator was pretty big, fitting a lot of stuff inside. The closet was a bit small, and I didn’t really like its location in the kitchen corner. The bed (two Queen beds together) was comfortable, but the sofa was hard and awful - I didn’t even like sitting on it for long periods. The bathroom was quite big, and I liked its design a lot. The bathroom amenities were of very good quality. But I must mention that the water pressure in the shower and toilet wasn’t very strong. The Wi-Fi worked well in my room, but I had a weak connection in many other parts of the hotel. As for the downsides, the biggest issue for me was the annoying housekeeping staff who came into my room once, even though I had a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on. Their excuse was that they needed to change the table on the balcony, but I ended up with the exact same table. Weird! Another annoyance was some kind of furniture moving or renovation work happening during my stay. Every day workers were using the elevators to move things, which meant the elevators were full, and I had to wait a long time to get one. A few times, I had to take the stairs instead. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very nice to me and gave me an extra 2 hours for a late check-out at no charge. For my 5-night stay, I paid €679, which is €136 per night. I find this price reasonable for the overall high quality of the hotel. I can definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay not too far from Palma and are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation.”

“Oh boy what a place! This has easily become one of my favorite hotels. I stayed in the Beach House Suite, a spacious 65m² room with a separate living area. They provided beach towels, outdoor mats, some treats, and a mini-fridge stocked with beers, soft drinks, and water. The best part? The beach was just 50 meters away, making it super easy to walk right out to the shore! The area is filled with restaurants and shops, so there’s always something to do. I’ve stayed at a nearby property with an infinity rooftop pool before, but I found this hotel even more welcoming and absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back! As usual the Melia staff are always so hospitable, with the warm spirit of Mallorca shining through. Although the building’s exterior is a bit old and not perfectly renovated, don’t let that discourage you—the rooms and restaurants are nothing short of amazing!”

“Just stayed here for a stag do. I booked one of the front sea view loft rooms, and it was really nice. I have stayed in one Innside hotel before in Manchester, and they are pretty similar. However this one has an amazing view of the beach and the pool and the surf machine. The beds were great too. And they stocked up my complimentary mini bar daily. Only 2 beers mind you. This hotel had all the facilities you could need, gym, pools etc, although I didnt use any of them. The wave surfing machine was included in the price I think. But I never actually found out officially. Everywhere was clean. There are a couple of pool bars, one at the lower lagoon pool, and the other by the upper pool, which also covers the reception area. The location is perfect for magaluf. Out of the front door, and you're literally opposite BCM square and hence at the bottom end of the strip. So a perfect place to start a night out. The only real issues I found if I had to complain were, the breakfast was pretty cold. I only had it 2 of the days, and ate out all the others. And there was no bottle opener in the room... although the mini bar did contain bottled drinks that needed one. Strange. Otherwise a great stay, and would come again without hesitation. I never really needed much interaction with the staff, as all the services went well.”

“Great modern hotel, cozy beds, great view, cleaning service every morning. Food great, breakfast and diner buffet type. For dinner always some cooked meals, specialties, soup and desert. Pools are amazing. Renting of sun beds on 1st floor pool is too expensive.”

“Very nice experience here, amazing sea views, great variety of breakfast, even local foods as sobrassada and tomato local juice which is eaten as bruschetta, large size room (a bit dated the furniture, but clean), free pool towels and free fridge drinks (mini bar), we paid nothing for these every day, also free slippers and yoga mat 😊thanks for our 3 nights amazing stay…”

“The location of this resort is perfect, it’s right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants, bars, and nightlife, but also far enough way you don’t get woken up by noise. Rooms were clean and a good size with a nice view. The patio, the pool and cabanas were nice. Only downside was there was lots of smokers next to us, so the hallways smelt like smoke and if I left my patio door open the smell would come in. Overall I’d recommend this resort,”

“I wholeheartedly recommend this holiday destination! The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfasts are delicious with a very large selection of food.Spacious rooms, well-maintained and clean. A big plus for the cleaning ladies who took care of the cleanliness of the room every day and the contents of the fridge with drinks :) For me, a personal plus was the beautiful and cozy smell throughout the hotel. Ideal location, not far from the capital. Supermarkets, restaurants and other attractions are nearby, in addition, the proximity of the beach is a huge plus I really recommend it!”

“Je m'attendais au pire au vue des commentaires négatifs....la suite était impeccable, le service de chambre passe toute la journée, literie impeccable, après oui la piscine du bas et la vague sont payantes...bon...et les transats au bord de la piscine sont aussi payants...mais tout le reste est à disposition! Salle de sport accessible et suffisante . Petit déjeuner classique d'hôtel, pas fou mais fourni... emplacement parfait avec tout les bars et restaurants autour! Nous y sommes en septembre et je que c'est important car juillet août ça doit pas être la même ! !”

“Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir séjourné dans le nouvel hôtel Innside de Magaluf. Nous voyageons habituellement à Majorque chaque été et nous avons séjourné dans tous les hôtels de l'île et nous avons adoré celui-ci. Il dispose d'installations exceptionnelles avec deux piscines très modernes. Le personnel du bar était très sympathique et les transats balinais coûtent 100 €, ce qui nous a beaucoup surpris car dans d'autres endroits, il faut aussi payer, mais pour un service limité. Dans ce cas, vous pouviez utiliser les 100 € comme crédit et consommer tout le menu. La réception de l'hôtel est jeune et très sympathique, en particulier un gars qui nous a beaucoup aidés, Ismael Benyacoub, pour tout ce dont nous avions besoin. C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons cet été et ils nous laissent toujours un détail dans la chambre. La seule chose que je changerais à propos de l'hôtel est que la piscine à vagues est payante pour les clients, je pense qu'ils pourraient faire une exception. Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes très heureux et nous reviendrons. Merci beaucoup.”
