“Nos recibió Mónica ayer 24 de febrero súper profesional y muy amable rápidamente. La habitación impecable, amplia, decoración moderna y las camas cómodas con tres almohadas distintas para escoger. El desayuno muy variado y de calidad. El personal 10 de 10.”

Trato exquisito, no se olvidan de ningún detalle, servicio amabilísimo, muy limpio y muy confortable y ubicación perfecta! “Em cuanto a limpieza, ubicación, servicio muy bien. Si podéis evitar coger cosas del minibar mejor para vuestro bolsillo. Seria un detalle por parte del hotel dejar una agua de cortesía ya que es un coste muy pequeño que puede compensarse de alguna otra manera.”

“I stayed at Melià Madrid Serrano one night only. Good position in Madrid for a business trip. Nice and warm bedroom. Room service for dinner was ok, although not great, but the breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had. You literally have everything and super churros!”

“I am torn on this. I stayed here twice in the past month. Very different stays. First, I had a room facing the road. Loved this room. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom and shower great. Air conditioning wasn't working but they brought me a fan and the window opened so I slept well. The layout of this room means the bed is far away from the door so it is relatively quiet. Second time, I had a room that faced the courtyard. The worst sleep as the bed in these rooms is right next to the door so you hear people in the hallway and slamming doors constantly. Also whilst the window does open, you don't get fresh air. Breakfast was excellent both trips.”
