“Séjour exceptionnel au Meliá Madrid Serrano – The Level
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Meliá Madrid Serrano, et plus particulièrement dans l’espace The Level, qui apporte une véritable dimension haut de gamme à l’expérience.
L’hôtel bénéficie d’une situation idéale dans le quartier de Salamanca, l’un des plus beaux et agréables de Madrid. Tout est accessible à pied : restaurants, cafés, boutiques, grands magasins et rues animées. Le quartier est élégant, vivant et très agréable à découvrir.
Notre chambre The Level était superbe : spacieuse, moderne, parfaitement entretenue, avec une magnifique salle de bain comprenant douche à l’italienne et baignoire séparée. La literie était excellente et le calme remarquable malgré l’emplacement central.
Le service a été irréprochable. Nous étions à Madrid pour le concert de Tame Impala et l’équipe nous a réservé plusieurs attentions personnalisées avant et après le concert. Ces petits cadeaux et messages de bienvenue ont été particulièrement appréciés et témoignent d’un véritable sens de l’accueil.
La formule The Level est tout simplement d’un très haut niveau : salon privatif élégant, boissons et encas tout au long de la journée, tapas le soir, personnel attentif et petit-déjeuner de grande qualité avec un large choix de produits frais.
Mention spéciale également pour le rooftop, qui offre selon nous l’une des plus belles vues de Madrid. Admirer la ville depuis les hauteurs au coucher du soleil est une expérience à ne pas manquer.
En résumé : emplacement parfait, quartier exceptionnel, chambres magnifiques, service attentionné, prestations The Level remarquables et rooftop spectaculaire. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour à Madrid.

We had an excellent stay at the Meliá Madrid Serrano, and especially in The Level area, which truly elevates the experience.
The hotel enjoys an ideal location in the Salamanca district, one of Madrid's most beautiful and pleasant neighborhoods. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, cafes, boutiques, department stores, and lively streets. The area is elegant, vibrant, and a delight to explore.
Our The Level room was superb: spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained, with a magnificent bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. The bedding was excellent, and the room was remarkably quiet despite its central location.
The service was impeccable. We were in Madrid for the Tame Impala concert, and the staff provided us with several personalized touches before and after the show. These small gifts and welcome messages were particularly appreciated and demonstrate a genuine sense of hospitality.
The Level experience is simply outstanding: an elegant private lounge, drinks and snacks throughout the day, tapas in the evening, attentive staff, and a high-quality breakfast with a wide selection of fresh products.
Special mention must also go to the rooftop, which we believe offers one of the most beautiful views of Madrid. Watching the city from above at sunset is an experience not to be missed.
In short: perfect location, exceptional neighborhood, magnificent rooms, attentive service, outstanding The Level amenities, and a spectacular rooftop. An address we recommend without hesitation and where we will gladly return on our next trip to Madrid.”
