Visited in January 2025 for a city break and the hotel was amazing. The room was very spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was nice with a decent shower and bath combo. The sliding door storage between the small hall and bathroom is really handy too. The hotel has a swimming pool with jacuzzi which you need to book timeslots but was nice and quiet. The breakfast was also very good with fresh omelettes. We were half board and the hotel offered us the ability to choose between having a lunch or dinner which was great! The food was incredible!! The portions are massive and they tasted amazing. Would highly recommend going half board for the food. The location of the hotel is really good with it only being a 5-10 minute walk to Grand Via and to the Palace makes it a great location.

Hotel céntrico. Solo puedo hablar de las habitaciones porque es lo único que utilice. Estaban limpias y eran cogedoras el personal muy amable

Fui a comer con unas amigas. El servicio y el ambiente, muy bien. La comida, elaboración y producto, creo que no está a la altura. He comido en varios restaurantes de hoteles Melia y este está por debajo de las expectativas...

Uno de los hoteles del grupo Meliá en donde se respira la experiencia del Grupo. Muy cuidado, muy bien decorado con servicio de lo mejor y una atención excelente por todo su personal.

Right downtown. Easy walk to many beautiful parks and buildings. Very comfortable and quiet rooms.
