“O resort é excelente mas nada supera a menina da receção (josibelle) muito simpática e super atenciosa sempre que foi necessário alguma ajuda espero que o trabalho dela seja reconhecido com uma promoção pois ela merece sem dúvida menina muito trabalhadora e simpática tudo aquilo que um hóspede espera numas férias!”

“Переехали в этот отель из Melia Dunas, отдыхали с 27 по 30. Достаточно разнообразный шведский стол, если вас интересует бюджетный и хороший отдых то вам сюда. Ничего лишнего, бар и бассейн в шаговой доступности, рядом амфитеатр, каждый день новые выступления, сервис в любой сфере просто замечательный в отчии от вышеупомянутого отеля, полотенца меняют, комнаты убирают отлично, ресепшен очень дружелюбный и помогает решать проблемы, аниматоры зажигательные, бар и буфет тоже в порядке. Единственный минус это то что прийдется пройтись до пляжа, хотя после большого колличества съеденой еды и выпитых напитков может быть очень даже полезно😄 Очень рекомендую👍🏼”

“Before my family and I came to this hotel, we read the reviews and were a little unsure about whether we should stay here. However, if we had judged the hotel only by the reviews we had read, we would have missed out on the great time we have had and the memories we have made. The animation team has been excellent, and the pool at Fogo Bar is definitely one of the best places to have fun and enjoy your holiday. A special mention has to go to the animator responsible for the pool, who we have nicknamed “King David”. He really makes a difference and brings a fantastic atmosphere to the pool. Yes, there might be mosquitoes. Yes, there may be days when the rooms are not cleaned perfectly. Yes, there may be days when the food feels repetitive or simply isn't what you personally like. And yes, sometimes a member of staff might not be as friendly as you would expect. The list could go on. But I would recommend that people come with an open mind and try to focus on the positive aspects of their experience. I understand that it is difficult to please everyone, as we all have different expectations and perspectives. However, it is hard to believe that everything can be bad all at the same time. We have chosen to enjoy our holiday, make the most of what the hotel has to offer, and create good memories with our family. So far, we are very happy that we made the decision to come. Sometimes, your holiday experience is also about the attitude you bring with you. 😊🌴☀️”

“Experiência incrível, grande grande relação qualidade preço, tinha lido muita coisa má, mas na minha experiência foi tudo excelente, muitas críticas más foi na comida, aquilo que experienciei, comida vasta, pequenos almoço completo e mais do suficiente, almoço e jantar com muita variadade, nunca comi a mesma coisa, saladas variadas, massas variadas, pratos de carne peixe variados, pratos típicos há parte para experimentar, várias sopas, sobremesa comi uma ou outra mas porque não sou apreciador de doces, mas tinha sempre várias e diferentes todos os dias, sempre frutas, também podem usar os restaurantes do Meliá mas tem de fazer um upgrade ao pacote ou pagar, mas sinceramente não vi nessessidade para isso, para visita a restaurante preferi visitar Santa Maria, quanto ao meu apartamento, o conforto das camas pode ser melhor sim precisa melhorar pois já estive em muito melhor, mas ainda assim aceitável, a limpeza, todos os dias foi limpo, mudaram as toalhas e lençois sempre que quisemos, todos os dias água chás e cafe repostos, limpeza perfeita, agora as piscinas, com bar sempre a servir bebidas e apartir de uma certa hora snacks, pizzas saladas batatas fritas salsichas carnes grelhadas hambúrguers maravilhoso, as piscinas em si são as típicas para atividades pois não tem profundidade, quem gosta de nadar, por deus, vai até há praia, e que praia, autêntica piscina cheia de vida marítima com inclusive aparecimento de tartarugas 🤩 diariamente, fantástico, a praia fica longe porque o resort partilha as infraestruturas com o Meliá dunas, mas podemos usar todas as piscinas e bares pelo caminho até há praia 😁 até foi giro, eles têm um carrinho tipo daqueles do golf de 8 pessoas que faz transporte, cheguei a usar uma vez, mas não teem um plano de horário para este transporte, pena, para os diretores pensem nisto acreditem que ganhavam mais, pois vi muita gente a falar disto, também partilhado com o Meliá tem um autêntico tour diário para Santa Maria, gratuito, apenas temos de seguir e cumprir os horários desse tour, muito interessante também. De um modo geral adorei mesmo. Obrigado”
