“Venho por este meio dar o meu feedback bastante intuitivo sobre este Resort. Hospedagem geral 4 ⭐️ acho que para o valor preço qualidade está aceitável. O que não se pode aceitar apesar do hotel ter essa informação, são as mudanças de toalhas de banho de 2 em 2 dias, o que acho uma falta de higiene e profissionalismo como também a reposição de produtos de duche como shampoo e gel de banho. Ficamos hospedados neste hotel 1 semana e durante essa mesma semana não houve reposição dos mesmos, no penúltimo dia, o shampoo e o gel de banho já tinham acabado e ficamos o dia COMPLETO sem os mesmos, mesmo depois de termos avisado tanto a funcionária de limpeza como na receção que já estava em falta, obtivemos como resposta que iam repor mas estou neste momento a escrever este comentário pelas 21:50h hora local e até agora nada. Já ligamos para a recepção e disseram que não sabiam quando conseguiam vir repor. Acho uma falta de noção e profissionalismo pela parte do Hotel.. Querem vir para aqui? É barato, podem vir mas tragam shampoo e gel de banho (ahh e não estranhem que as toalhas de banho só são mudadas de 2/2 dias).. Mais uma vez, é uma situação lamentável.”Shihni më shumë komente

“Just got back from a 2 week stay. We cant thank the resort enough for a fabulous memorable stay and we miss it already. Staff 💯 give it their best. Danielson at the pool bar and the others where fabulous. King David 😁 and the rest of the animation team were fabulous. Food outstanding, the mash potato is delicious 😋.
