Paradisus Cancún

My wife and I have stayed at Melia Paradisus Cancun twice a year for the past 15 years. This last time over Valentines weekend was in the Presidential suite. Each and every time has been a memorable experience. It has become our second home and all the amazing staff (way too many to name) treat us like family. We are sad to report that they will be closing June 2025 for renovations. We were told it could take a year to fully remodel. We will miss breakfast and our cabana bali bed service from a few of our favorites such as Valeria and Cesar, Julio in tbe reserve lounge and many more amazing people who work there. There has been many changes over the years and hope when they reopen they bring back the current staff who have provided superior service for so many years now. Both Galdino and Diego are exceptional should be moved to top management positions as they are both an asset to the Melia brand. They are hard workers and have always gone above and beyond to make everyone happy. We will eagerly await the reopen so we can return to Paradise and once again join our second family. Thank you for the many wonderful years!

Had a great experience at this hotel. Great food, entertainment and location. One of the highlights of the trip was Esmeralda with the entertainment team. She was friendly, full of energy and had great chemistry with the team, engaging with activities around the pool every day. I suggest making reservations for the Lemon Fish restaurant as soon as you get to the hotel. Best restaurant in the area!

Alejandro and Ricardo at the coffee bar were incredible. They always greeted us with warm smiles, made our mornings a delight, and crafted the most delicious coffees. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail really made each coffee break a special part of our day. Their dedication to customer service didn’t go unnoticed, and it was a pleasure starting each day with their wonderful drinks and service. Guadencio at the beach was another standout. His hospitality was top-notch as he made sure we were always comfortable, providing us with refreshing drinks and ensuring we had everything we needed while soaking up the sun. He truly went out of his way to make our beach experience enjoyable and stress-free. However, the one person who truly brightened our days was Francisco at the beach. From the very first interaction, he made us feel so welcome and valued. His upbeat attitude, genuine kindness, and outstanding service were unmatched. Francisco went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience, and he always made us smile with his thoughtful gestures and attentive care. He turned our beach days into something truly special, and I honestly can't thank him enough for his exceptional service. The Paradisus Cancun resort exceeded all expectations, and I can’t wait to return. A huge thank you to Alejandro, Ricardo, Guadencio, and especially Francisco for making this trip one for the books. They each added a personal touch that truly elevated our experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable vacation!
