We absolutely will be back! Modern, clean, friendly, professional, comfortable... the whole package. The desk staff, including people like Mai and Jeanie were so efficient. Nashi and Vy were just 2 of the very helpful bellhops. Mai and Điem in the spa made me feel so comfortable, taking time to explain all options and suggest the best for me. Dai and Anh were friendly faces in the restaurant each day. The food was delicious. Breakfast buffet had something for all their guest, such a wide variety! Our rooms were well taken care of, security was reliable. Location is in the middle of coffee shops and restaurants and very close to the downtown area. It is all the things you expect from the Melia Vin Brand, but the people really made this the best experience for me.
