“Just loved it, we had a connecting room with our kids. The food, the pool and location were perfect. All made even better by the staff who were so generous and kind. Of particular note - Fluke was so helpful, the perfect concierge.”

“The staff were very helpful and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool area. There were always enough sun loungers and shaded spots by the pool when we stayed in March, although it may be busier during peak season. The breakfast also offered a tasty variety. We particularly liked how close the hotel was to the Night Bazaar, as there was always something to do nearby. The pool was surprisingly cool, but that was not a problem since it was up to 38°C outside. The curtain on one of the loungers was broken, but that was really the only minor issue. Overall, it was a very good experience.”

“A perfect stay at the Melia Chiang Mai. Airport pickup and check-in went smoothly. We had a very nice "The Level" room, which I highly recommend. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were very good. The rooftop bar on the 22nd floor is worth seeing. The location is excellent for exploring Chiang Mai's old town. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a very nice pool. “We stayed in Meliá classic room, there are full amenities that we need and thanks Meliá to set up the baby equipments for us. The bathroom is quite small that is only thing we were unsatisfied. The kidsdom is very large and have lots of activities if you don’t plan to go outside. Our little kids have so much fun there. Highly recommend for the people who travel with kids. The food in Meliá is over our expectation, I never forget the taste of pork rib. And the churros in breakfast buffet that made me feel like in Spain. Chicken Khao soi is also yummy. Overall, I will choose Meliá again if I travel to Chiang Mai.”
