“Absolutely loved this hotel. The room was great and I had a great view of the dock. The location is spot on, not much of a walk from Liverpool one and close to Albert dock. Would definitely stay again.”

“Lovely food at Ginos”

“Lovely hotel, extremely clean throughout the whole of the hotel. All staff are so friendly and polite. Bed was sssoooo comfortable Sky bar lush place to sit and have a drink as a couple and as a group. Food was amazing. Only thing was I wanted one the amazing dressing gowns but there weren't any available to buy when I checked out. 100% recommend this hotel”

“Close to the city Centre, Water front,moorifield railway station. Very good behavoiour of the staff. Delicious food. Polite and always ready to help front desk. Good and prompt house keeping. Lovely view from the room of city and riverview..all basic eminties in the rooms. Love to be here again. Best part of this hotel is on the top floor 360 degree bar from where you can view entire liverpoolpool. Good Jim inside.”

“Booked this hotel for my partner's birthday. Was not disappointed! Great location, accesible to city centre and attractions nearby. Booked the riverview room which was amazing and the view at night was lovely. Modern room, loved how open plan with the bathroom and the room, my partner loved the room and the lovely touches of free drinks in the mini bar. The Sky Bar was the highlight, again gorgeous decor and great cocktails. Attentive staff and music was good too. Gino D'Campo restaurant downstairs stairs, didn't try but had breakfast in the morning which I thought could be better due to the quality of the hotel. Overall I loved this hotel, everything you need in one place. Will definitely be coming back”

“¡Hotel céntrico con un rooftop increíble! Menos mal que Jessica estaba allí para responder a todas nuestras preguntas y orientarnos sobre nuestras actividades. Es top, y si vais un poco justos de inglés, no dudéis en preguntar por ella. Y abro paréntesis: menos mal que en el grupo Meliá se sigue contando al menos con alguien que hable español entre su personal, ya que somos muchos los huéspedes hispanohablantes en este mundo. Eso sí, es una pena que no haya nadie que hable español durante los horarios de check-in… En fin, recomiendo el hotel sin duda, y la comida también es top, ¡especialmente con el Gino restaurante! ¡Feliz día!”

“I had an amazing stay. The room was spacious the drinks in the mini bar were a lovely bonus the staff were incredibly welcoming. The only minor issue was that the room became a bit stuffy after a few days. Other than that, everything was excellent the staff’s hospitality was faultless.”

“Lovely hotel with floor to ceiling windows. Had a view looking out across the Mersey. The hotel has a Gino de Campo restaurant and the Panoramic 34 cocktail bar which has fantastic views”

“Clean room, large comfortable bed and great views. Also the room was very quiet with no humming fans or fridges! It was very wet during our trip so the large tv was put to use. We had a cocktail in the Sky Bar. Expensive but good views. Great service everywhere. Unusually, we had breakfast and enjoyed the good vegan options.”
