Convenient location, easy access. I have some issues with check out and staff(Lorenzo) is very helpful to assist me. Good hotel!

We only stayed the night but we were able to get a double connecting room. The hotel is very new and stylish with spacious rooms and a modern bathroom. Close to the train station. We enjoyed having dinner at the hotel and the staff were friendly and accomodating!

Mi é piaciuto moltissimo. Non ho dato 5 stelle perché odio quando manca il bidet e nella mia stanza non c'era.

Estuve con mi pareja hace unas semanas y nos encantó. El hotel tiene las habitaciones muy reformadas con muchas calidades. La Estación Central de tren y metro muy cerca para ir andando, si tienes pensado viajar en trenes a ciudades cercanas es muy recomendable este hotel. Queremos destacar la amabilidad de Lorenzo, trabajador de recepción. Su atención y sus explicaciones nos sirvieron de mucho. Trato exquisito.

Big shout out to Elena, Lorenzo and Charlie at reception. Lorenzo and Elena and team organised birthday surprise for my family. Email communication was good. We stayed in the inter connecting loft rooms on 10th floor. 2 connecting rooms each had their own en-suite (thankfully) and had robes and slippers. Quick walk to Centrale pretty much straight road. Rooms are modern and bright. Drinks in fridge were topped up each day. Water, still and sparkling. 2 cans of beers for 2 rooms. 3 cans of flavoured water/fizzy juice for each room. Nearby Aldi and supermarket and restaurants. Breakfast was fine. They do fried eggs. A range of hot food choices and fruits and cheese and cold meats and juices and free from range of milks. Only thing I could complain about is the shower leaking water onto the floor each time it was in use due to the wear and tear of the seal on the door.
