“Fantastic 2 week stay here with my husband for our 25th anniversary. The staff are just wonderful and designed menus specifically for my dietary needs (vegan). It is an older resort and there were days where it was a little difficult to get a spot by the pool or beach, but everything is really well maintained and clean.”

“Wonderful staff, clean rooms ,fabulous location. We stayed here for 2 weeks ,our room was always clean ,everything worked, shower was amazing very powerful. The staff in the restaurant work their socks off to keep you fed and watered and they are so happy and polite,especially Annie and putra. The guys and girls at the bars are just as exceptional. The location of the hotel is spectacular, right on the beach, it has a small pool but adequate We tried the massage in the spa and my wife had her nails done at a very reasonable price, and again the quality was exceptional, We will DEFINITELY be visiting again we fell head over heals in love with the staff and the place”

“I recently stayed at Sol by Meliá Benoa Bali from February 11 to February 18, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in the beauty of Bali’s culture. The resort perfectly blends traditional Balinese art, architecture, and lush natural surroundings. The inclusion of nature throughout the property such as tropical gardens, serene pathways, and beachfront views which created such a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the Premium All-Inclusive package. It is absolutely worth it! The food options were incredible, diverse, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Every meal felt like a special experience, with plenty of variety to explore throughout the week. Whether it was local Balinese dishes or international cuisine, everything was fresh and delicious. The daily activities kept the stay engaging and fun. There was always something happening, allowing guests to experience local culture while also enjoying relaxing resort entertainment. It struck the perfect balance between activity and tranquility. The spa was another standout and truly amazing. The treatments were deeply relaxing, and the staff were professional and attentive. It was the perfect way to unwind and fully embrace vacation mode. I stayed in a Sol Room, which was lovely, comfortable, and regularly well-maintained. The room offered a cozy yet elegant space to relax after long days enjoying the beach and activities. Overall, my stay was exceptional. The combination of culture, art, nature, incredible food, thoughtful activities, and warm hospitality made this trip incredibly special. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful, all-inclusive Balinese escape.”

“Our family of four recently visited Sol by Melia in Bali and had a wonderful experience. During our stay, we used most of the amenities, and the staff were always at their top. They were always welcoming, helpful and attentive. From the front desk, the breakfast crew, the lunch restaurant by the beach/pool area, the pool bar, the cleaning crew, the spa crew, the smoothies bar, the cafe staff, and the concierge. They were all very nice and made us feel like at at home. We highly recommend the Greek restaurant, which you have to make reservations in advance. Totally worth it! The only thing I would recommend to improve quality would be to include sparkling wine with the all-inclusive package. We are not heavy drinkers, but the quality of their liquor could be better. A warm thank you to: Nanda, Risma, Annie, Bella, Listi, Santa, Putri, the staff at the egg station, the 24 hr restaurant, and all the trainees who did a fantastic job (always smiling, attentive, and helpful). Everyone did an outstanding job! Thank you for pampering us all week. We had a great time thanks to you!”

“We stayed at Sol by Meliá Bali for six nights during our honeymoon and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a classic charm with a more traditional style rather than modern, but it is still beautiful. What truly stands out is the excellent customer service — the staff is always kind, attentive, and welcoming. Service is fast, and the food at the restaurants is delicious. The hotel offers great amenities such as a spa, kids’ area, several restaurants, a large swimming pool, and a pool bar. A great plus is the daily activity schedule, a small shop with souvenirs, nice photo spots, and a temple open to the public on specific days. Toward the beach, the hotel also has staff who help organize water activities such as banana boat rides, jet skis, and parasailing. Special thanks to Bombom for his outstanding service at the pool bar. We are Mexican and felt very welcomed, which made our honeymoon even more special. As constructive feedback for improvement (not a complaint), extra attention could be given to the cleaning of the pool tiles near the bar area and to occasional humidity or drainage smells in some rooms. Our room change was handled very efficiently. Additionally, more frequent cleaning of the roof areas could enhance the overall elegance of the property.
