“I had a wonderful 5-night stay at this hotel, and the best part of the experience was definitely the staff. Everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile.
The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and new, with amazing decoration and a breathtaking views. The peaceful and quiet setting made it a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
🍽️ Food: Breakfast had a good variety and was enjoyable, while the food and drinks at the pool bar were excellent. However, I wasn’t particularly impressed with the dinner buffet, especially considering that I had a half-board package.
The main downside was the housekeeping. Despite mentioning it a couple of times, the room was repeatedly not cleaned properly. The floors were often dirty, and there was noticeable dust in some areas. The terrace also wasn’t properly cleaned until I specifically mentioned it several times. For a five-star hotel, I would expect more attention to detail in this area.
I also feel that the overall hospitality could be a little more proactive. For example, during check-out, it would have been a nice touch if the staff had asked whether we needed anything before leaving, or simply checked if there was anything they could do to make our departure more comfortable. These small gestures can make the final moments of a stay feel even more special.
Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff, an amazing atmosphere, and a breathtaking location. The staff genuinely made our stay enjoyable, and with better attention to housekeeping, more proactive hospitality, and greater attention to the small details, I believe the experience could be close to perfect. The hotel definitely has the potential to deliver an outstanding five-star experience.”

“Wow, was soll man sagen? Ein wirklich beeindruckendes Hotelerlebnis. Angefangen vom sehr modernen und stimmungen Interior Design über die sehr schön gestalteten Zimmer bis zum ausgezeichneten Speisen- und Getränkeangebot, hat mir alles wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Das Highlight sind aber für mich die herausragenden und sehr engagierten Mitarbeiter des Hotels! Top Notch!
Die Anlage ist terrassenförmig angelegt. Die Zimmer und Suiten sind in unterschiedlichen Häusern auf dem Gelände unterbracht. Sehr schön empfand ich den eher familiären Boutiquehotel-Stil des Hauses.
Mittelpunkt bildet das Haupthaus mit Lobby, Rezeption, Hauptrestaurant, A la Carte Restaurant und Pool! Der Ausblick auf die Umgebung und das Meer war einfach atemberaubend.
Frühstück war sehr gut! Besonders die Omelettes werden a la Minute zubereitet und waren sehr lecker, Für mich hätte es anstatt der Bloody Mary Station auch ein leichter Prosecco oder Frizante getan.
Abends war ich immer im A la Carte Restaurant! Sehr zu empfehlen ist der griechische Salat, die Austern, Tatar und das Lamm.
Besonders die sehr stimmungsvolle Musik am Pool vom DJ hat mir imponiert. Auch die Livemusik am Abend im Restaurant war sehr gelungen.
Kleine Kritikpunkte am Rande, die sicherlich der ersten Saison des Hotels geschuldet sind:
- Das Wasser beim Duschen im Zimmer (#121) wurde teilweise am Nachmittag nicht kalt.
- die Klimaanlage im Zimmer arbeitet fast zu gut und pustet bei gewünschten 22 Grad eiskalte Luft in den Raum.”

“Where can I start, I has a fantastic stay in this hotel. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted with the best hospitality and a glass of some refreshing ice tea. The room was amazing and the architecture and design was just great, it has minimalistic luxury that just blended great, from the bath to the very comfy bed. The food in the bouffe was amazing both the breakfast and the dinner, many options that were really tasty and healthy. We tried the Harupi restaurant which was also delicious and really tasty. The pool area is great with a very beautiful view and a great place to view the sunset with your significant other. Last but not the least are the amazing stuff of the hotel which were really accommodating, fast and really polite. I highly recommend it for other couples and also families that want to visit beautiful Crete. The only thing I didn’t try is the gym but as I will definitely visit again I will try it the next time.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible, superb, exceptional.
What we liked:
1. The welcome and the service — from our arrival to our checkout, the entire staff is extremely attentive, whether it's helping us with our luggage, booking a yoga session or the hotel restaurant. They also take the time to explain how all the different facilities work.
2. The location — quiet, surrounded by mountains with an incredible sea view. It's an ideal spot to recharge in peace after an active start to our holidays.
3. The hotel itself — new, clean, the rooms are incredible and spacious. The cleanliness is superb and you feel great in your own little cocoon.
4. The pool and sun loungers offer days of incredible quality. Respect for the rules and the service of each and every hotel team member make the days all the more beautiful.
5. The food offerings (restaurants, room service, all-day dining) are delicious
What we liked less:
Nothing not to like. Everything is great.
In short: Incredible, superb, exceptional.

“Exceptional weeklong stay in mid-August! The rooms are stylish, airy, and spotless. The pool area is pure relaxation thanks to the attentive staff and the DJs who play from time to time. The gym has everything you need for a solid workout (though adding a few fans would make a big difference, as it gets warm without AC). Management and staff go above and beyond—best of luck in the future, you’re off to an incredible start!”
