“Very large hotel,we went in march so hotel was quiet, lovely reception staff tho,very helpful,grounds around the hotel are spotless and well kept,plenty of free seating,the grounds outside the hotel are a bit busy hard to find parking,the interior of the hotel is clean,rooms clean also with plenty of utensils UK TV is a bonus,rooms could be classed as needing a touch up but otherwise the are very clean, haven't tried the food yet but there are plenty outside the hotel to choose from,very nice hotel I would not hesitate to stay here again.”

“Just arrived to the hotel the staff at reception were amazing. As I case was then by mistake at the airport they endeavoured to help me contact Art Lingus to try and locate case. This young lady Sheyla made give calls to try and locate missing case and was extremely helpful. You are very lucky to have such a caring, efficient lady in your staff doing it all with a lovely smile. Please pass on my gratitude to her. Ann O Keeffe”

“We’ve stayed at this hotel four different years, and it holds a special place for our family — my parents spent 18 winters here escaping the cold of Minneapolis. The location truly can’t be beat. You’re directly on the beach (not across the street), with a back gate that opens right onto the paseo. The paseo along the sea runs for miles and is lined with wonderful restaurants and shops. The marina is just a block away and visible from many balconies — including the Ferris wheel beautifully lit at night. The hotel has been recently remodeled with updated stocked kitchenettes and bathrooms. Staff are welcoming, helpful, and speak English. Housekeeping comes every two days. The daily happy hour by the pool with live music is also a fun bonus. A special thank you to Alberto, one of the managers, who has been consistently exceptional. Over the years he has helped resolve any difficulties we had and made sure we received the room and apartment features we requested. His professionalism and follow-through make a real difference. I would recommend you speak to him if you need any hotel problem solving. Highly Recommend!”

“Just returned from a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was basic but clean with all the amenities you need. There was a lovely added touch of chocolate and wine as I checked in on valentines night. The dining area was lovely and clean with a good range of food and beautiful view of the sea. But the best thing about this hotel, is the staff. They were all so welcoming and friendly and really put me at ease on my recent trip. From the reception staff, to the bar and dining staff, all are really welcoming. Thank you for making my first solo trip so special. I’d definitely return and recommend”

“Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en el Hotel Sol Puerto Marina y la experiencia no podría haber sido mejor. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bienvenidos y cuidados. Las instalaciones están muy bien mantenidas, la ubicación es excelente y el ambiente es perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar en pareja. Queremos hacer una mención muy especial a Sheyla, la Guest Experience, que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera todavía más especial. El trato que recibimos por su parte fue simplemente excepcional: cercana, profesional, atenta a cada detalle y siempre con una sonrisa. Se nota cuando alguien disfruta de su trabajo y se preocupa de verdad por los huéspedes. Gracias a ella, nuestra experiencia fue aún más memorable. “Zelo prijazno osebje, hrana zelo okusna. Receptor Franco nam je uredil vse. Dobili smo gratis večerjo in penino, ker smo bili izbrani za goste meseca februarja. Uredili so nam rent a car. Zelo zadovoljni.”

“Hemos pasado un fin de semana genial. Todo limpio, cómodo, hemos recibido un detalle por San Valentín, los trabajadores han sido todos muy amables (tanto recepcionistas como camareros). Por poner un pero, el buffet de las cenas es un poquito cortito, que entendemos que quizás es por la fecha, y las habitaciones están poco insonorizadas, se escucha todo de las habitaciones de al lado (todo, todo jeje). Pero ha sido una experiencia para repetir y, ojalá, en época de verano.”

“Me he hospedado recientemente en Sol Puerto Marina y la verdad que no puedo estar más contenta con la habitación el apartamento en que me hospedé, con una cocina super bien equipada, con unas vistas a la playa inmejorables, y ya que ni hablar de excelente servicio con el que obsequió Sheyla la guest experience, dio en el cablo con todas sus recomendaciones y además me ayudó un montón, la verdad que sin ella no sé lo que hubiera hecho.
