Totally recommended! Hotels in Palma usually have very small rooms, but the one we stayed in at Summum was spacious, with high ceilings and openable windows. It’s located on a quiet street, which is a real treat, and they also offer a complimentary private spa session. Nothing is ever a problem at the Summum Hotel. We are super happy that we chose this place to stay — totally recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding boutique hotel with an exceptional front office team The front office team at Summum Boutique Hotel is truly exceptional – special thanks to Bianca, Lorena and Pedro. From the very first contact, they were extremely warm, authentic and professional. Even before arrival, they described the hotel by phone exactly as it is: no exaggeration, no false modesty – just honest and accurate communication, which I really appreciated. The location is ultra-central, perfect for exploring Palma on foot. The pool is small at the rooftop area (probably more enjoyable in warmer seasons). What really stands out is the excellent spa, which can be booked for private use. Having the spa entirely to yourself for an hour is a fantastic concept. It includes a treatment area, a sauna and a jacuzzi – everything was perfectly maintained and spotless. Upon arrival, Bianca and Lorena were already waiting for me at the entrance. Lorena personally brought my luggage to the room while Bianca handled the check-in process smoothly and professionally. I also received a very generous upgrade (as a Melia Platinum member) to a Junior Suite with a stunning fresco on the ceiling – absolutely breathtaking. A welcome glass of cava was offered as well. In the room, there was a thoughtful welcome gift: a Summum-branded straw hat, a small praline, water and a handwritten welcome card. A lovely and personal touch. I even wore the straw hat out in the evening :) When I asked for a dinner recommendation, the team immediately understood what would suit me and suggested BarBar nearby – a perfect match: fun, delicious, authentic and reasonably priced. I even mentioned there that the recommendation came from Summum. The next morning, Bianca managed both front office duties and breakfast service flawlessly – very impressive. Breakfast exceeded expectations: there is a full à-la-carte egg menu (for example eggs Benedict with salmon instead of ham, plus chili or Tabasco if desired in my case) as well as a remarkably extensive buffet. For a boutique hotel with only 18 rooms, the selection was huge and the quality excellent. On departure day, Pedro kindly checked my room keys if they are still working and Bianca made a late check-out until 2 pm possible, which was greatly appreciated. Throughout the stay, someone was always available, attentive and genuinely caring. Another big plus: everyone speaks excellent English, which is not always a given in Spain. Some team members also speak German, and interestingly even Romanian. Overall, the service level is outstanding and very personal. If you enjoy central boutique hotels with top-level service and genuine hospitality, Summum Boutique Hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommended for visitors to Palma who value high travel standards, an ultra-central location, and truly personal five-star-plus service in a beautifully restored historic palace.
