Sehr angenehmes Stadthotel mit gut ausgerüsteten Zimmern und sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wenn man Frühstück nicht gebucht hat muss man das nicht im Hotel einnehmen, da es nicht besonders ist und relativ teuer (13 Euro). In der Stadt gibt es überall wunderbare kleine Bars mit tollem Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom Hauptzentrum der Altstadt (ca 1km). Einen Bus direkt am Hotel gibt es nicht aber wenn man nicht laufen will gibt es günstig Taxi für etwa 5 Euro von der Altstadt/ Hafen zum Hotel. Unter dem Hotel ist ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum wo man sich mit allem Nötigen versorgen kann. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the variety and quality of the breakfast offered each morning. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and easy to access. Overall, the service, comfort, and atmosphere exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Camere ed hotel ottimi! 3 stelle perché è allucinante che in un posto così non ci sia parcheggio! Loro sono affiliati con il centro commerciale che ho pagato 18 euro al giorno (follia).

Hotel muy bien situado, buenas habitaciones, un buen buffet de desayuno y un servicio muy atento en buffet y atención magnífica en recepción.

Service and location 5 stars, for the very nice staff and the great location near to the train station and city center, plus the proximity to the mall. The application was also nice, we checked out online and you can interract with reception through it (e.g order towels, room service, etc) Only 4 stars for the room, which overall we enjoyed in our 6 nights stay. It was good, but there are a few things that could be improved: -Room cleanliness: it looked clean at first sight, but later we noticed hairs both in the room and bathroom. And not just a couple. There was also some dust on the dresser hanger, and the WC didn't have the desinfected seal. -We didn't hear any noise, except the closing of our neighbours' doors; for some reason if one person stays in the room and the card is placed in its socket, and another person leaves the room, you cannot press the door handle from the outside so you have to "slam" the door when closing it. - Maybe a silly thing, but if you wanted to use the water boiler, you had to move it to some other place where you could plug it in. - Last but not least, the most bothering thing maybe, the rooms didn't have toilet brushes, which honestly I've never encountered anywhere in my life. Luckily the mall was very near so I went and bought one, but really no one should have to do this at any hotel ever, especially at a 4* hotel. So if anyone in management is reading this, please consider "upgrading" the bathrooms with toilet brushes. All in all, it was a good stay which I recommend and I would gladly come back here 😀
