“Hotel w pięknym miejscu, bardzo blisko plaży oraz sklepów, w spokojnej okolicy. Centrum oddalone kilka minut spacerkiem, niedaleko latarnia oraz port. Teren hotelu bardzo zadbany, pełno roślin, otoczenie przepiękne, jeśli ktoś lubi koty będzie zachwycony- na terenie kilka przyjaznych :) przy głównym wejściu na pobliską plażę wiewiórki które chętnie podchodzą do karmienia :)”

“A wonderful stay (sad to be checking out today!). We stayed for 9 days with a 4 year old and nearly 2 year old. The hotel is amazing, from the location, the rooms, the heated pool, the staff who couldn’t do more for the guests & service. We were half board, the food is varied and nice. Probably not the best we’ve had but the rest of the hotel more than makes up for it & it’s still decent. It may help to have more themed nights to keep it more focused/varied. The kids entertainment was brilliant, our kids loved the circus & acrobatic shows, bouncy castle etc. Location is incredible, 5 min to the beach and 10-15 into morro jable which is beautiful. We did the Oasis Animal Park too which is so worth it! The hotel is spotless, the pool area, the rooms are cleaned daily. We would 100% rebook and we found it to be incredible value for money. Thank you for a wonderful stay , we absolutely loved it!”

“Hotel muy agradable y limpio. Esta es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos aquí. El staff es increíble, se nota cuando a la gente le gusta su trabajo, tienen una excelente atención, todos son muy amigables y agradables. Lo único que sugeriría es que no bajen la calidad de los alimentos ni de las bebidas en el paquete “all-inclusve”. De 2024 a la fecha, sentimos que bajó en calidad. Aún así, queremos seguir regresando! (Translated by Google) Very nice and clean hotel. This is our second time staying here. The staff is amazing; you can tell when people love their jobs. They provide excellent service, and everyone is very friendly and pleasant. My only suggestion is that they don't lower the quality of the food and drinks in the all-inclusive package. Since 2024, we feel the quality has declined. Even so, we want to keep coming back!”

“Świetny hotel, ciężko się przyczepić do czegoś :) Basen podgrzewany - duży plus w styczniu, lutym ;) super pokoje- wzięliśmy w części basenowej - warto dopłacić , zajęcia dla dzieci , mnóstwo zajęć fitnes - pilates , TBC, pool bike , stretching, Aqua fitness i inne , świetni animatorzy , codziennie wieczory muzyczne - soul , latino . Hotel nieduży co daje swobodę - można puścić dzieci same na plac zabaw :) na posiłkach dużo owoców morza . Jedynie to kawa mogłaby być lepsza 😂 Świetna lokalizacja ! Goście hotelowi to Polacy z dziećmi w okresie ferii i niemieccy emeryci”

“Perfekter Urlaub in perfektem hotel, danke! Danke an all die tüchtigen Mitarbeiter die stets freundlich und umsichtig waren. Danke für das ausgezeichnete und vielfältige Essen!”

“Wir waren im Januar 2026 zum 2. Mal hier. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Die Lage, nur ~200 Meter vom tollen Strand entfernt, ist einfach traumhaft. Das Personal, von der Rezeption über Gärtner bis hin zum Servicepersonal, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Zimmerwünsche wurde im Rahmen der Buchung und Verfügbarkeit eingegangen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und sehr funktional. Der Safe ist geräumig und kostenfrei. Zwei kleine Minuspunkt muss ich für den Restaurantbereich vergeben. Die Möblierung besteht überwiegend aus ungemütlichen Metallstühlen, welche auf den Fliesen bei jeder Bewegung einen erheblichen Krach verursachen. Da wäre ein Upgrade sehr erfreulich. Leider fehlen über den Warmspeisen Wärmequellen, so dass diese häufig nicht mehr schön heiß waren. Die angebotenen Speisen waren gut und umfangreich, für fast jede Geschmacksrichtung war jeden Tag reichlich Auswahl vorhanden. Für uns sportlich aktive war das Highlight das tolle Sportangebot. Täglich wurden 5 unterschiedliche Sporteinheiten angeboten. Dabei war die Bandbreite von Pilates und Yoga bis hin zu Zirkeltraining sehr groß. Jeder konnte nach seinem individuellen Vermögen sich auspowern oder ruhig angehen lassen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich dabei die hervorragenden Trainer. Sehr empathisch und fachlich qualifiziert korrigieren sie nicht gut ausgeführte Übungen und bieten bei Bedarf Alternativübungen an. Auf Grund unserer sehr positiven Erfahrungen werden wir sicher erneut hier buchen.”

“This hotel exceeded my expectations having read other reviews. Checking in was easy and Pablo was amazing. We arrived just before dinner finished. He took our bags and said to get dinner asap. Then he personally carried our bags to our rooms. We were half board. Surprised to find that included palatable alcohol at breakfast (which we never tried) and dinner. Entertainments and sports classes included. Truly spacious suite and balcony. Really peaceful in A block garden view. Food wasnt cold but microwaves were situated by coffee machines if people felt need to reheat anything. I personally find buffets stressful as so busy. But the choice of food was good. Finding a free table was not always easy. The pool was lovely, warm. I booked through booking.com and my filter was for parking. Be aware the parking is not within the hotel ...i would have prefered this....it is free but public which caused a bit of concern especially as the carpark is taken over for market on Thursdays. This is not a problem of course if you are not hiring a car.”

“Dieses Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen! Man fühlt sich dort wie zu Hause. Das Personal ist mehr als sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Essen dort ist absolute Spitzenklasse. Für jeden ist wirklich was dabei. Das Preisleitungsverhältnis ist völlig gerechtfertigt. Man ist dort sehr auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht. Ich war schon in vielen Hotels aber dort war es wirklich aussergewöhnlich. Ich bedanke mich für den schönen Urlaub ganz Herzlich bei allen Angestellten und dem Mangment das mir eine so schöne Zeit dort geboten wurde. Vielen lieben Dank! Ihr seid einfach wunderbar. Bleibt alle gesund und munter und ich verlasse euer Hotel mit Wehmut.😎☀️🏝”

“The food is great, the rooms very nice and the workouts are fire (they have yoga, pilates, water gym and full body workouts with bands and weights)! ❤️”

“The Hotel was exceptionally clean and well kept . The staff were friendly and efficient especially the animation team. The food was of a good standard particularly the New Year’s Eve extravaganza,there was always options to chose from . Most of the entertainment was really good one of the Duos Stood out ( the two of us ) a couple of very minor negatives. One we paid for a kettle on the morning of arrival and had to visit reception in the afternoon as it had not arrived. With said kettle we were supposed to have a couple of bottles of water every day but again had to request a couple of times . The only other criticism was the New year VIP at the pool . It was €70 for a few nibbles and a bottle of Fiz . If you did not opt for this you had to sit on subbed as no table or chairs . We did not participate but still had a great time the DJ was excellent and atmosphere was amazing. Overall one of our favourite holidays and would be happy to use another Sol based on this experience.”

“Perfektes Hotel für einen entspannten Erholungsurlaub! Ich war für eine Woche im Hotel und kann nichts negatives sagen! Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, auch die Reinigung war einwandfrei! Das Essen war nicht nur an Menge und art vielfältig sondern auch sehr lecker! Obst, Gemüse, Fleisch, Fisch, Vegetarisch, Kuchen, wer sich hier beschwert sollte sich selbst hinterfragen! Solche Menschen suchen immer einen Grund um sich aufregen zu können. Am pool gab es schöne (Live-)Musik und jeden Tag verschiedene Aktivitäten, Pool-Biking, Rutschen und einige spiele. Auch die Poolbar war mehr als genug! Abends gab es entweder am Pool oder in der Lobby Livemusik die außerordentlich gut war! Der Strand war nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß weg und einen Supermarkt gibt es auch! Mehr als alles andere will ich das Personal loben! Die Atmosphäre war immer gut und uns wurde immer geholfen! Alle waren freundlich und haben die Tage mit viel Spaß und guter Laune gefüllt! Ich werde das Hotel nicht nur weiterempfehlen sondern werde versuchen in der Zukunft nochmal zu kommen! Vielen Dank für diesen schönen und sorgenfrei Urlaub!”

“Tolles Hotel! Wir waren Ende Dezember für eine Woche hier und es hat uns super gefallen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt viele Aktivitäten für Erwachsene und Kinder. Die Aktivitäten finden über den Tag verteilt zu verschiedenen Uhrzeiten statt. Mein Highlight war die Live-Musik, die jeden Abend am Pool oder an der Lobby stattfindet. Das Essen ist gut. Es gibt genug Auswahl, auch für Vegetarier. Die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage waren sauber und gemütlich. Die negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen! Danke an das gesamte Hotel-Team <3 Ich möchte auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen und kann das Hotel empfehlen :)”
