“Hemos estado 1 noche y encantada con el trato, el servicio super amable y en todo momento nos han facilitado todo lo que hemos necesitado, pendientes de todo, lo recomiendo sin duda, aparte las habitaciones están muy bien, el buffet de desayuno genial, el spa monísimo y la ubicación está muy bien porque a pocos metros andando tienes la playa y zonas para comer, tomar algo por la noche, la piscina es muy bonita

“Hemos estado unos días en el hotel y la experiencia ha sido muy buena.
El personal es encantador, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación nos gustó mucho: amplia, cómoda, sin ruidos y con buenas vistas. Además, todo estaba muy limpio, tanto la habitación como las instalaciones.
Desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. El check-in fue rápido y, además, nos invitaron a dos cócteles de bienvenida en el rooftop, un detalle que nos encantó y que fue la mejor forma de empezar la estancia.
También nos pareció muy cómodo el servicio de aparcacoches. Alfonso y su equipo fueron muy serviciales en todo momento y nos ayudaron siempre que lo necesitamos.
Mi mujer está embarazada y la verdad es que la trataron genial, con mucho cuidado y atención, algo que agradecemos mucho.
El rooftop del hotel también merece mucho la pena, con muy buen ambiente y unas vistas espectaculares.
Otro detalle que nos gustó mucho es que ofrecen sombrillas para poder llevártelas a la playa, y el servicio de toallas está muy bien organizado.
Además, en el momento del check-out, como nuestro vuelo salía por la noche, nos ofrecieron una habitación de cortesía para poder ducharnos y cambiarnos antes de salir hacia el aeropuerto. Gracias a ese detalle pudimos aprovechar el último día con total tranquilidad.
Por último, destacar a Rafa, el manager, por su trato cercano y profesional.
Nos vamos muy contentos y con ganas de volver.

We spent a few days at the hotel and the experience was excellent.
The staff is lovely, always attentive and willing to help. We really liked the room: spacious, comfortable, quiet, and with great views. Everything was also very clean, both the room and the facilities.
From the moment we arrived, they made us feel very welcome. Check-in was quick, and they even treated us to two welcome cocktails on the rooftop, a lovely touch that was the perfect way to start our stay.
We also found the valet parking service very convenient. Alfonso and his team were very helpful at all times and assisted us whenever we needed it.
My wife is pregnant, and they treated her wonderfully, with great care and attention, which we really appreciated.
The hotel rooftop is also well worth a visit, with a great atmosphere and spectacular views.
Another detail we really liked is that they provide umbrellas to take to the beach, and the towel service is very well organized.
Furthermore, at check-out, since our flight was leaving in the evening, they offered us a complimentary room so we could shower and change before heading to the airport. Thanks to that thoughtful touch, we were able to enjoy our last day in complete peace and quiet.

“Hemos estado alojados cuatro días en este precioso hotel, la decoración es alegre con muchos colores, inspirados en los hippies de los años 70, y a la vez moderno. La ubicación es estratégica, caminando a tres minutos de la bonita playa de Es pujols. La habitación muy bien equipada e insonorizada, la cama es súper cómoda y confortable, el sistema de encender las luces de la habitación es un poco confuso, ( o no funcionó correctamente), porque queríamos dejar encendida una sola luz de lectura y no fue posible), hay un equipo de música que puedes conectar al blutoh del móvil y suena muy bien. Tienen minibar muy completo, caja fuerte y te dejan en la habitación una cesta para la playa para usarla durante la estancia ( todo un detalle), si quieres tienes la opción de comprarla por 65€. También disfrutamos del desayuno bufet que está súper completo, ( no es muy grande pero perfecto y de muy buena calidad), hay cocina en directo, los pasteles, tartas y bollería en general exquisita, los zumos naturales riquísimos. También disfrutamos de almorzar y cenar en el Rof top con unas vistas espectaculares a toda la isla, la piscina de arriba está genial, lo único que deben revisar es el suelo que es bastante resbaladizo, (varias personas se resbalaron al entrar o salir del agua). En todo caso, quiero hacer especial mención a todo el personal del hotel ( sin excepción), que nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el minuto 1, no puedo nombrarlos a todos porque la reseña se haría muyyyyy larga pero si especialmente a Rafa y Antonio de recepción y Eva, son personas maravillosas y si los jefes de Meliá leen esta reseña que sepan que volveremos a repetir por el trato exquisito recibido por todos ellos. El hotel es precioso pero que te hagan sentir esas buenas vibras es ya otro nivel. Un saludo.

We stayed four days at this lovely hotel. The decor is cheerful with lots of colors, inspired by 70s hippies, yet modern. The location is strategic, just a three-minute walk from the beautiful Es Pujols beach. The room was very well-equipped and soundproofed, and the bed was super comfortable. The system for turning on the room lights was a bit confusing (or perhaps it didn't work properly), because we wanted to leave just one reading light on and it wasn't possible. There's a stereo that you can connect to your phone via Bluetooth, and it sounds great. They have a very well-stocked minibar, a safe, and they provide a beach basket in the room for use during your stay (a nice touch). If you prefer, you can buy one for €65. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was excellent (not huge, but perfect and of very good quality). There's live cooking, and the cakes, pastries, and other baked goods were exquisite, as were the delicious fresh juices. We also enjoyed lunch and dinner on the rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the entire island. The rooftop pool is fantastic; the only thing they should check is the floor, which is quite slippery (several people slipped getting in and out of the water). In any case, I want to give special mention to all the hotel staff (without exception), who made us feel at home from the very first minute. I can't name them all because the review would be very, very long, but I must especially mention Rafa and Antonio at reception and Eva. They are wonderful people, and if the Meliá management reads this review, they should know that we will be back because of the exquisite service we received from everyone.
