Excelente todo, quería destacar enormemente la atención, servicio y amabilidad del Ariel, mozo del restaurant. Educado, servicial. Hizo toda la diferencia en nuestra estadía. Gracias

Beautiful location, rooms are dated. Red level is a debacle but gives best view. Not a five star, I would likely stay on Brazilian side. Service not great. Reservations canceled very very slow.

We had a falls view room with extraordinary views. At dusk the monkeys came to play on the balconies. Tucans flew past.. an unmissable sight. The noise of the jungle at night is something amazing to behold. We walked to the park at 8am and did the lower and upper circuits almost alone. We saw snakes, monkeys and iguanas up close. In the hotel itself the food is amazing (but pricey), we ended up sharing a lot of club sandwiches. The gym was brilliant, breakfast was brilliant. The staff were incredibly attentive, although in one way a bit too much as they loved to come into the room at least 4 times a day to touch things up. Meaning you could never have an afternoon nap!
