“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and prepared with great attention to detail. You can really feel that guest comfort is a top priority here. The reception staff deserve special recognition – they were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Every question or request was handled quickly and with a smile. This is definitely a place I would love to return to. I will certainly choose this hotel again on my next visit!”

“Tolles Hotel und „The Level“ 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Modernes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage, ca 15-20 Minuten in die City, 10–15 Minuten zum Rhein. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Die Level Lounge ist super, den ganzen Tag über Getränke und Snacks, sehr sauber, immer wird nachgelegt und geschaut und gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Abends zur Happy Hour konnte man sich Longdrinks mixen. Frühstück war sehr lecker, Eier- und Süßspeisen können nach Speisekarte bestellt werden. Unser Level Eckzimmer auf der 8. Etage war super, Blick zum Rhein, 2 Betten, großes Bad mit Wanne und Rituals Produkten. Hotel absolut empfehlenswert, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.”

“Very modern and and recently refurbished hotel, next to a park and very close to the metro and tram stops, which makes it very easy to reach from the city centre. The rooms are spatious, very clean and with very comfortable beds. Big shower and good amenities. The Level section is great, with access only with a key, preventing people to sneak in like in other hotels. Great variety of food and drinks durin the 'happy hour' and great atmosphere in general. Highly recommended”

“I had a fantastic stay at the Meliá Hotel Düsseldorf. My room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean — featuring a wonderfully comfortable bed, sleek design, and plenty of room to relax. I especially loved the warm lighting concept and the peaceful atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease. Breakfast was another highlight: freshly made waffles topped with fruit, chocolate, and whipped cream — absolutely delicious! The The Level breakfast area (accessible only with a Level room booking) is beautifully furnished and feels exclusive yet welcoming. The entire hotel strikes a perfect balance between elegance and a relaxed vibe. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay.”

“Die super Lange des Hotels sorgt für einen schönen Ausblick auf den Hafen und den Fernsehturm. Nur die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig. Jedoch gibt es fast direkt anliegend einen großen Schotterplatz auf dem man auch parken kann.”
