Great hotel was very busy over weekend held weddings..sometimes us mere mortals got ignored but stay was great and on the beach is a step away

Excelente no, lo siguiente, desde la recepción de The Level con Dani, Isam y Guillermo, en el Loungue T. Level, Rocío, Alejandra y Víctor, y María, una de la Guest Manager, todo han sido atenciones, y los "problemas", que no los ha habido, se resolvieron enseguida. Es nuestra segunda casa en Alicante. Gracias

Stayed at the Melia Alicante for a week with my friends for birthday celebrations. All I can say is WOW !!! Amazing hotel and staff . Hotel was spotless and perfect location to everything you need . Lay by the pool enjoying the sun with a view of the sea and beach was beautiful . Very relaxed environment and staff at the bar are very well trained in making great cocktails and all bar staff were very pleasant. All staff was pleasant and friendly. I would defo recommend this hotel and location to anyone as its the nicest and cleanest hotel I've been too ! Also when you walk into the door of the hotel there's an amazing smell over the whole hotel and since being home I can't get it out of my head lol I need to know what air freshener they use !!! I give this hotel 10/10 loved it ! Thank you melia for making my stay perfect x

Das Team im Restaurant ist spitze - das Essen ein Traum! Am liebsten hätte ich den Koch geheiratet ;)

Unas instalaciones estupendas, el trato y servicio aún mejor, no tenemos nada más que alabanzas hacia este hotel, agradecerles enormemente toda la ayuda prestada en el evento que hemos celebrado allí, en especial a todo el equipo que estuvo con nosotros, Rosamaría, Mario, Luis, a todos lo implicados en el catering, también al dúo de audiovisuales, no me acuerdo de todos los nombres, pero mil gracias por vuestra ayuda.
