“Estoy muy feliz de haber elegido al Sol Arona Tenerife para mis vacaciones. El hotel está completamente renovado, muy hermoso!! Elegí la opción de allinclusive y todo fue perfecto. En el desayuno y la cena hay muchísima variedad, en el almuerzo no tanto pero de todos modos increíble. Todo el personal es súper amable y me trataron muy bien. Fui de viaje sola y me encantó todo. Mi habitación estaba en el piso 10 y tenia unas vistas increibles hacia las montañas y la bahia. En la recepción me atendió Fiorella (la chica uruguaya) y fue súper amable al check in. Me explicó todo perfectamente. Después en el restaurante me atendió Claudia que todos los días me preguntaba qué tal estaba y como iba mi estadía. Súper amable también. En el bar me atendió Carlos y siempre me saludaba amablemente. Los show por las noches súper entretenidos. La verdad que el personal es excelente y súper recomiendo este hotel. “Great family stay 9/10 clean, quiet and very baby friendly (not luxury but very comfortable) I would especially recommend this hotel for families with babies or toddlers looking for a quieter stay. Stayed for 9 nights all inclusive with our 15 month old at the end of April 2026. Best part of the stay was definitely the staff they were incredibly welcoming, helpful and accommodating with our baby throughout. Rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and practical, with no carpets which felt very hygienic. The blackout curtains were amazing and made naps and bedtime so much easier. A travel cot was provided and fit comfortably in the room. Sleep & atmosphere: It was quiet at night and even with entertainment by the pool our baby could sleep well. Pool & facilities: Pool and entertainment were great. There is a baby pool with two slides and a playground, although it was mostly in the sun so we didn’t use it much as it was quite hot. Location: The hotel is a bit further from the beach, which actually made it super quiet for a baby. It’s about a 5 minute downhill walk to the promenade with lots of restaurants, though the walk back up can be a bit tiring with a pram. A well stocked supermarket is right next door. My husband also found two fishing spots very close to the hotel which was a nice bonus. Food: Food wasn’t always the freshest or very varied, but there was always something to choose at every meal. I wouldn’t say there were many healthy baby friendly options, but we managed well with Ella’s Kitchen pouches. It wasn’t too busy at this time of year which made the stay even more enjoyable.
